    Basement Rec Room 27 yr old windows replaced

    The men arrived in the designated period and got right to work. First laying down floor protection from the front door to each of the windows. We were a bit worried due to the low ceiling of the Rec room, but they did not damage it and the trim job is great. Was shown how they operate, especially the 'cleaning' feature - love it. They cleaned up inside and out and took the garbage away. The men were courteous, business-like and worked expertly. We have 2 more windows to replace in the other side of the basement and will be having Kempenfelt quote in the Spring.

    Replacement windows and doo

    My experience with Kempenfelt windows was very positive. I was given an approximate installation date and was called a week head with a time then was called the day of installation that they would be delayed an hour . They were all poliite and professional they cleaned up complettly. I am extremely happy with both the windows and door and have noticed a difference In the temperature around the windows already.

    Bay window & front door

    Very happy with their work. Done quickly, cleanly and professionally. We would recommend them highly. Product has a high grade appearance. Hopefully they last as long as they look they will.

    Window replacement

    Decided to try Kempenfelt Windows after shopping around.Mark was excellent at explaining his product and was able to provide what we needed at a reasonable price. Installation was great,the service guys were fast and professional they knew their work,drop sheets and masks( necessary at this time) were used and clean up was excellent We will recommend them to family and friends and not hesitate to use them in future endeavors

    Window installation

    Many years ago I had new windows installed in my house, I could not have been more satisfied. Recently we had major renovations done on the same house so we decided to go with kempenfelt again. True to form, the service was exceptional, from the sales through to the front line installers. Once again Kempenfelt showed their superiority with product quality and exceptional service.

    Replacement Doors Front and Sliding Door to patio

    A friend had work done to replace a front door and recommended KW&D. Everything from the first appointment to installation was very professional. The quality of the doors is excellent! Very happy we chose KW&D.

    New front entrance way.

    We are very happy with the looks of the finished product. Workmanship looks very good, it functions well. We were impressed with the speed with which the job was completed the installer’s were very knowledgeable and worked together very well. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

    Great company & owner !

    Robert, the owner is just a great guy and excellent to work with ! Have dealt with them for many years from garage doors, to windows and doors. Always first class service n quality. His team, from Tony to Mike and all the staff have great pride in their work. You will never go wrong using this company.

    4 new windows

    Best window and door company. Second time I’ve used them and will not be the last. They are quick, clean, wonderfully mannered and have great warranties on their products. I couldn’t be happier.

    New Windows and 2 new sills

    What a great company.I was so impressed with everyone I dealt with from Sales to office staff Jennifer and Janet to Cody,Dale and Andrew who installed my windows and sills. Work was done in a timely manner and without a lot of mess. I'm thrilled with the quality of my new windows and especially the tilt feature on my sliders. I will definitely recommend Kempenfelt Windows & Doors to my family and friends
