Disappointed in the Installation of my new flooring. Installers were rushed even after telling them not to. Didn't not use spacers for my new tile, did it by eye.....not impressed. Had to clean up all the old carpet and garbage myself. The two installers left nightly messes included saw dust on my new carpet they had just installed. Calling the store to complain got me no where.....took me forever to get a return call and then when they finally got ahold of the installers to return for warranty they couldn't or wouldn't make repairs because they said they would have to take out numerous hardwood boards.....that's how bad. Terrible and disappointed is an understatement.

We replaced our carpet in the living room with hardwood floor, and the carpet upstairs with new carpet. Carpet Superstores installed them. Service was exceptional, and we would recommend them again. We have had no issues so far, and there was no damage to our walls or furniture.

The shopping experience at the carpet superstore was edjoyable, the sales man were very proffesional. however I was dissapointed with the contracter who intalled the carpet. He was rushed and unprepared. The carpet in the master bedroom was cut a bity too small and he tried to hide it by trying to strectch the carpet. even after he was done it was evident that a floor board that is 1/2 an inch thick will be necesarry to cover the gap between the wall and the carpet.

The sales people were very friendly and helpful. the first service person they sent out for installation was rude and tried to over charge us. We called and complained to our sales person. they sent out a new estimator the next day, and they quote and service were excellent.

The guys at the store are very good except when the vinyl was cut it was off a couple inches which they blamed on their machine. The installers are ok. The prices are excellent.

I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me options in my price range and explained very well the quality differences as well as the best options for my particular application. (I was replacing carpet in a high traffic area of a rental suite.)

We have been dealing with carpet superstore in the west end of edmonton for about five years now we always purchase our laminate from them because they are knoledgable and curtious, we have never had anything but a positive experience.

The salesman, Sean, was helpful and always easy to get in touch with. Went out of his way to return phone calls and make sure I had what I wanted. The contractor, Kim, was on time and extremely helpful. He worked efficiently and answered all questions I had about carpet and lino install. He even suggested a few things to do to decrease the cost of the install. Overall, a pleasant experience and I'd go back to this company, as well as recommend them to a friend!
