Cost quickly runs up when they hit you for insurance, a delivery fee and even a "re-delivery fee" (fee to return the stored items to you)! Was charged for insurance even though the containers never left my driveway (and therefore were not covered by insurance). Promised a refund which has not been received. The bins themselves are ok and the delivery/pickup driver very good, but you'll need 3 or 4 bins versus 1 larger container from other storage services. These guys should stick to their U-Store-It business where customer service frankly doesn't matter as much.
