Phoned for a price on a stove, salesperson said there was a sale $499. Came in and sales person switched price $599 said he quoted $599 and the sale did not apply. Atlas salesperson was dishonest. I purchased stove anyhow thinking I made the mistake. Checked my notes and $499.

Having been a satisfied Altas customer in the past and having recommended them to several friends, I called them when my 14 yr old washing machine broke down. Unfortunately this time was a total disappointment and waste of money. Technician did not run diagnostics but literally guessed which part failed then proceeded to tell me they would call with a quote to repair. Quoted over 650.00 for 4 parts - without confirming if most parts recommended actually had failed. At least 1 part "recommended" (300.00) was not remotely involved and when questioned they admitted that it was "highly unlikely" to need replacing. Then the "we have a sale next week," with at least half of my 100.00 service call (which did nothing but advise me to buy a new machine) being applied to a purchase. I thought Atlas did not stoop to those tactics. I decided not to have them come again and replace the most suspect part (90.00 + additional service charges of 20.00 per 15 minutes), and I did not even consider looking there for my replacement washer. I told them I was not satisfied and the manager could contact me, but he never bothered.

We were having issues with our microwave turning off and thought we were going to have to buy a new one. Atlas knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. We have not had any problems since. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am so glad that I found Atlas Appliances when my dishwasher broke after a dinner party, I do not think that I could have cleaned up that mess all by myself without my dishwasher.

Before you buy anything read their fine print. They do not deliver what they promise and then when they don't deliver as promised they try and charge "restocking fees " on items that were never delivered. Their policies are not user friendly and their attitude isn't great either Save yourself some aggravation and go to one of the big box stores. There are lots of options and unfortunately Atlas appliances isn't a good one.

This past spring, our dishwasher began to leak through the kitchen floor on to the roof below. When it threatened to ruin our son's Xbox, it was time to find a repair company. We called another company first but they couldn't come for a week. Atlas appliance was able to come in 2 days. The couteous repair person found our problem immediately and sadly we needed a new dishwasher. The serviceman recommended what we should look for in a new dishwasher and offered us a discount if we bought one from his company but was not the least bit pushy. We appreciated the advice and the fact that we were not pressured to make a quick decision about replacing the dishwasher. Neither of my husband or I have a mother but we would definitely recommend this company to other family members and friends.

Called different company who would not give me an appointment for 5 days; I have 2 small kids and a husband,so there is a lot of laundry at my home, so 5 days was too long. Called Atlas Appliance and it was a Saturday, and they were there within 4 hours and then fixed the problem within 1.5 hours. Also, their base rate for just showing up to my house was $10.00 cheaper than the other company. Service technician was very nice and pinpointed problem right away.

I purchased my wahser and dryer package through Atlas and then when I had a problem with my washing machine I just called the same number and they sent someone to fix the machine. I was happy to find out that there was no charge as it was still under warrantee. So my recomendation is to use Atlas because they repair all kinds of appliances so they know what they are talking about when they sell you a new one.

Had a problem with the lower arm in my dish washer, in that it was not rotating and the quality of the wash was crappy. I called Atlas Appliance and spoke with a service tech who gave me a couple of ideas as what could be the problem and price ranges that I could expect. I then spoke with the Service Booking Dispatcher - Lori- who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. After giving her the model and serial number of the dishwasher, An appointment was booked with the promise that the Techniciian would call before arriving and give a 1 hour window for his arrival. True to Lori's workd, the technician called and was here according to what was arranged. H was efficient, punctual and didn't waste a lot of time in sourcing the problem, which turned out to be a $14.00 filter. He continued to check out the balance of the mechinism, just to ensure there was no other problems and then proceeded to replace the filter, and ensure the dishwasher was fully funtional before leaving. I would not hesito call this company again for any appliance repair I may have. they cmae prepared for the issue as I described, were pleasant, conversational, clean, and considerate of my time as well as his.

The appliance technicians were able to find a part for a dryer that fit my old appliance and install it saving me money. I didn't have to replace the dryer that was close to being on its last legs.
