when my hot water tank went i called always and they were out the next morning to replace it. the gentleman that came out was supper friendly and very knowledgable. they had me up and running with hot water in no time would call them again on first shotAnswer from pro:

Impressed how quickly and clean they were. it was an all day job 9-7:30pm. Only problem was the estimator didn't clearly write the quote properly and was charge more than we were expectingAnswer from pro:

This company is one of Edmonton's best plumbing companies. I noticed that in my basement there were always water leaks. So, then I called "Always Plumbing & Heating Ltd." It only took me about 20 minutes to explain my situation and them 2 minutes to recognize and figure out a solution for my problem. They told me that they would send 2 people to come and check it out and so they did. The two men were very friendly and knowledgeable. Using their equipment they drained all the excess water that was leaking in the basement. Then they installed and set up a new Sump Pump. They clearly informed me about the hazard of this product and how to use it. I was very pleased. No more leakage!Answer from pro:

Our experience with Always Plumbing was excellent. We have never needed a plumber before so we looked through the yellow pages for a few companies to call. The few that we called all were similar in price but decided to go with Always because of the awesome personality of Angella. Darren showed up on time and also was excellent. In the past, I have had nothing but issues with hiring Plumbers. Always Plumbing was excellent from first point of contact, right through to completion of job. They provided a free estimate the same afternoon, and were able to accommodate our availability just two days later. They were friendly, professional, showed up on time, and completed the entire job in under an hour. we did most of the install ourselves with the help of Cam. He made the job easy by explaining the insatallation in terms we could understand,and when it came to his part he was very knowledgeable.
