    Excellent and super fast replacement hot water heater.

    Responded to our message re a replacement hot water heater within hours. A technician arrived in a couple of hours to tell us our options. He was very informative. We didn't feel pressured at all and they provided a competative quote. We chose their offer and within 2 hours there were two very professional installers at our place with the replacement hot water heater. In about 90 minutes they had the tank replaced and its been working great since. They made sure there were no other plumbing issues we needed help with and they left with the worksite cleaned right up. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient, professional job.

    3 toilets and a broken flange

    Robyn and Kyle were efficient and took the time to explain. They did their work thoroughly and checked to ensure the job was done correctly. My only complaint is with all the different types of notifications. Text, email and phone call were not all necessary. I would like to believe I can remember appointments. Mike

    Awesome service

    Came right on time especially when they were booked Shaun was Very courteous even got a discount for helping him under the house with heaters. Would recommend this company. Thank you

    Furnace repair or replacement

    My furnace started blowing cold air . The pilot was not staying lit. Cory came out within an hour . He was very pleasant and explained everything to me . A part was required and repairs would be $1000, this would be my second$1000 repair in a year . He did not try to sell me a new furnace but I decided it was the best choice because of the age and recent repairs to my old furnace. He brought heaters to get me through the night and arranged for measurements tomorrow and installation the following day.

    Maintenance

    Very professional and experienced. Arrives on time, with excellent communications with the office. The best company in that field. Razing the hat for them. I am dealing with them for about 10 years, very satisfied with their jop.

    Furnace quote

    Eugene came and was very friendly and polite. He told us what he was doing and asked permission before doing it. He presented our options clearly and booked an installation straight away. I'm very impressed with this company.

    Toilet repair

    Had the pleasure of having Nathan come out to replace the in the toilet. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy with such a passion for helping people. Great sense of humour as well! Will definitely recommend Always Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company with truly professional staff.

    Plumbing

    I’ve used this company for many jobs. Fridge water line hook up, hot water tank repairs, various plumbing jobs. Always terrific service and very friendly and helpful technicians. I would recommend to anybody.

    Furnace

    Horrible customer service , I purchased a furnace 2016 August, the install the moisture ventilation wrong Direction . Since the day I installation day no one come to to the yearly check up on top of that I called 2017 if they can send some one for Inspaction as there part of there service they put me on hold for 1 hour then hang up the phone , I called again last year to ask why there is no one coming for inspaction the lady on the phone said she is not sure why no one have come and indicated yet she said she will get them to call me ASAP but no one called me yet and now it’s 2019 , very horrible experience

    My ac was not working, a quick call to Always and a tech was here within an hour. He did a quick inspection and determined thd breaker was off. I never thought to check, especially because the unit was buzzing. I learned something today.....
