Our furnace quit working at 10 pm and -30 c. We called another company and 10 hours later still no one showed up. So we called Always plumbing and Hleating and had a tech show up at the appointed time, they sent a text picture of the technician to guarantee it's their employee and not some stranger at your door. Quinn diagnosed and repaired my furnace within 30 min. Thank you!

Christian came quickly, within about 90 minutes, when we called. Initial leak was stopped and follow-up apt made to replace tank. Replacement was done well, old tank will be removed next week so water is not drained through the house. Great job. Thank you! Old tank just removed after some delay. Not a big deal as they had emergencies and we were away. Great service.

We came home Jan 1st from celebrating New Years out of town and found our house to be 7C inside! Called up always plumbing and they came within an hour and replaced to igniter to get us back up and running. Thanks for the great and friendly service.

I had then come and re-diagnose my problem. The previous company had changed my motor cut the harnesses and left it not working. Always had to come in and remove and put back my old motor that was replaced and was still working. Then found the Circuit board as the issue. After paying for this service we could not afford the circuit board so will use electric heat until we can get the money together to get this fixed. The previous company had hired a contractor that simply didn't know what he was doing in diagnostics. What was supposed to cost me $443 with the new motor and labor . now had cost $219 to fix the errors and a new circuit board and a new labor bill when the board gets here. Ian the fellow working with Always heating was awesome.

Company responded to service request promptly. David arrived within time frame promised and fixed the problem quickly and checked for any other implications resulting from water flows. A job very well done.

Brandon did an excellent job!!!! Very professional and upfront with the diagnosis, planning, implementation and cost. He seeks advice from his boss to guide him for the task that he is unsure. I think that is being responsible, assertive and willing to learn. I will highly recommend him.

Furnace was acting bit strange. He immediately knew what to do. Was patient in explaining issue and fix. Also, he walked us through their Diamond Club program and we signed up. A win/win for all.

David came out to do an estimate 2 weeks prior. He answered ALL my questions and advised of a timely matter to install this hot water tank for us. The company was excellent in providing up to the date information on the arrival of the technician via text and email notifications. They actually have a tracking utility that you can see where he is and how long until the arrival window. David showed up on time, with all the necessary tools. David started with unhooking and removing the old hot water tank, upgrading the exhaust venting for the natural gas and then replacing the existing tank with a new hot water tank. Everything was done fast and efficiently within a couple of hours and I am very impressed with the work that was preformed! Thank you David and Always Plumbing and Heating!

Service technician is prompt or calls to alert if there is a delay. He takes the time to explain options, is tidy and provides explanations for the work done. I appreciate the timeliness, value for dollar and tidiness of the work done.

The service I received from Ian was a 5/5. I asked a lot of questions and asked him to show me what he was testing. He was very accommodating. He showed me how he cleaned the parts of the furnace. He gave me tips and changed out my batteries on my thermostat. He also removed his shoes and was respectful to me and my home. He was dressed professionally and neat. I am a loyal Always Plumbing customer if you look at my history. Part of the reason is the professionals you have. It was a pleasure having Ian service our furnace.
