Great service! Within 1 hour of my call, Travis was at my door. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to diagnose and repair our boiler that afternoon. So grateful for Butler Plumbing over the years that has always been reliable, affordable and personable.

Calling a Repair Company is never something I hope to need to do. Thankfully, when I did, I called Butler. THANK YOU Bryce!!! To say these guys know boiler repairs well, is an understatement. The experience and knowledge they had in assessing my 15 year old unit, put my mind fully at ease. Needing to replace my boiler and making a large surprise investment in my home was not expected. I, as most dont have money under my mattress I can pull out and spend at will. We had most of the plumbing replaced in our older home, the laundry put upstairs, shower installed and a backwater flow valve put in. This is a professional, experienced team and company that provided excellent service, communications and work performance. They are detail oriented and worked for us as a customer replacing only what was necessary. We recommend this quality company for all your plumbing and heating needs as we are completely satisfied with their services and will continue to use them for all our future home needs should any arise.

After a shower Sunday night, came out to a pool of water in the basement bathroom. After some testing, I was able to determine that the main drain had a partial blockage. Called Butler after reading reviews on my local Facebook group Monday morning. They were able to pull someone off a job to help me out and clear and inspect my line to the city sewer line. I was very impressed with the flexibility, affordability, and professionalism of the technician that visited my house. Butler is definitely my go to going forward with plumbing issues.

Warning if you live in Sherwood Park, the dispatch to surrounding area fee is $80 (was not disclosed when making the appointment). I live right in Sherwood Park, not in some rural location. There was a leak in the valve going to the fridge under my sink, took the plumber no time at all to replace. $20 part, $80 dispatch to surrounding area fee, $130 labour, $242 total...ouch.

I received a quote over the phone as I knew what had to be done. The owner/manager was very understanding and patient. The plumber that came was patient and explained exactly what would be done. Meticulous and professional. There were unforeseen changes that were addressed. Which took longer but I was not charged extra. I would always use this company. Fair reasonable professional

I purchased the AO Smith Proline XE commercial grade, Energy Star rated, 33 gall. hot water tank (power vent model) from Butler Plumbing in September. They arrived on time, completed the installation efficiently and carefully, explained details about the tank, and they were very careful removing my old tank from my basement. They were courteous and professional and I won't hesitate to hire them again. I have only had the new tank a couple of months, but no issues have arisen as it provides plenty of hot water for 2 people. They were also quick providing their initial quote and I also did not have to wait long for the installation.

Butler Plumbing sent John to replace my toilet. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was able to answer all my questions about other plumbing concerns and I would absolutely recommend him and Butler Plumbing to anyone. We've used them in the past and have never been disappointed. I had Butler Plumbing come out to fix a slow leak from my pressure relief valve on my Bradford White hot water tank. The plumber came within the allotted time frame, was very courteous and knowledgeable, and left the work area nice & tidy when he finished. I am very happy with the repair (new pressure relief valve), and the cost was reasonable.
