We have had Butler Plumbing do service and emergency work on both of our apartment buildings for the past 3 years. Over that time at least 4 different plumbers have come to do the work required. They were all punctual, courteous, and professional. I like the fact that they call ahead to let me know they are on the way or will be a couple minutes late. They don't just go by the work order, (because that can sometimes be vague and general), but after arriving, they ask me specifically what the problem is, and inform me on what needs to be done to take care of the problem. Along with periodic emergency repairs, Butler Plumbing regularly services our large Boilers and Hot Water tanks, and thankfully, call me every year letting me know that service is required on them. It's like they are part of my team, helping to keep all vital plumbing and heating equipment up to par. They strive to get work done in such a way as to not inconvenience our tenants, which I really appreciate. I recommend the use of Butler Plumbing for both home and larger apartment buildings. I was making a small kitchen area in the basement and called for a quote. They were not the highest or lowest so I got them to put in the kitchen sink and taps. Did a very good job, would use them again.

Had a new Bradford White hot water tank installed to replace my older GSW on Monday. Travis did a great job, arrived on time, only took a couple of hours and was very clean, courteousand helpful with maintenance tips.

I recently had a leak in the waterline to my fridge which created extensive damage to my home. Butler Plumbing was referred to me by the insurance company. Butler Plumbing was very prompt in returning my call and then in dispatching a plumber to my home. Travis Grams was a very friendly, punctual and helpful young man. He suggested a couple of different options of how he could fix the problem and then showed me exactly what he was using and how he fixed the issue. Thank you Travis.

Kevin Peterson was on time! When Kevin went to do the work I needed done he found that the people that flipped my house didn't run the kitchen vent properly. He fixed it and probably saved me a lot of water issues down the road! Thanks

This was our second time with BP after they did an amazing job with a medium renovation project before we sold our old house. This time we asked them to install a gas line to service new gas range and barbecue as well as replace 2 old hot water tanks. If I could give 11 stars I would! I'm so very impressed with their professionalism and politeness. Kevin and his crew had all the work done in a matter of hours and cleaned up everything afterwards. Now this is where the 11 stars come from....when Kevin had to come back to finish up the final hookup after the City inspected, we asked if he could take a look at a slow bathtub drain which was recently discovered. He scoped the drain and found a blockage. In the process of auguring it out, the drain backed up and he said about 10 gallons of sewage backed up into the laundry room. As my husband and I were at work, we expected a disaster when got home but the place was clean! Kevin had mopped up all the mess and even washed the floor mat. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean and working well. Thank you so very much, Kevin. Once again, I am so impressed with your attention to detail and sincere professionalism. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend BP to anyone.
