    Very weak customer service, poor quality compare with what is in store

    cushions quality is weak and full of wrinkles like very old furniture. Customer service is not even supporting and waste your time through processes till you pass the warranty time. No one will pass your call to a supervisor to solve your problem. The showroom products quality is completely different from what you get. What do you call the product/service which is different from what is advertised?!

    I bought one sofa bed 6 month ago 10 days after buying if you see sofa bed you think this sofa bed is for 12 years ago really I hate this company please don't waste your money .

    What a useless company to buy furniture from

    Ashley furniture is such an unreliable company to purchase furniture from! Their furniture is not good quality! I purchased a sleep sofa bed from them and paid $2,900.00 because I wanted good quality furniture that will last at least 5 yrs! However after 1 year of getting the furniture the furniture broke and I called their gift care department to let them know! I told them I paid for extra warranty of $499 . They promised to send a technician which never came to my house after calling so many times they say no schedule is available they would get back to me once a schedule is available they never did! I called for weeks and months! They told me the sofa is discontinued thats and they could only give 10% of gift certificates! The worst thing about that is Im still paying for the chair, and they would not replace or fix chair for me! Im very disgusted at this company and regret ever going to Ashley furniture! Please guys dont ever buy your furniture from Ashely furniture! They charge a lot of money for furniture and the quality is not worth the price! And their customer service is wack!

    CUSTOMER SERVICE=NONE

    WARNING: DONT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. My husband and I bought a very expensive couch from Ashley's and have not been happy with the product at all. Within 2 months of owning the couch we ran into issues with the cushions. We've spoken to management many of times to try and rectify the issue, but they are not willing to work with us. We've had a technician come to the house at least 5 different times to bring it back "up to standards". However, after only 2-3 days after it goes back to what it was like prior to the technician coming out. We've had new cushions sent to us and it still does not resolve the issue we currently have. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS OKAY WITH TAKING OUR MONEY. My family has bought from Ashley and we also furnished our new home with some pieces from Ashley, I never thought I would say this but I will NEVER give Ashley's my business again. I'm so disappointed in the product we bought and I'm even more disappointed in the customer service. Management has closed our complaint stating they did "everything" they could, but yet my couch is still not fixed. I have some cushions that are 3inches lower than other cushions. I'm disgusted with this company. UPDATE: I had called customer service and was told that someone from management (Wendy) would call me back by the end of the day. Mind you I called earlier on in the day so there was more than enough time for a phone call back that same day. I NEVER got a phone call back so I called the next day in the late morning to follow up and and apparently Wendy and the other manager were out. This is not unusual because they did this when they were dealing with my husband. They said they would call back, we wouldn't hear from them for weeks at a time and when we'd call to follow up they would happen to be off. Since they were off I asked to speak to someone above them and I was told no. Their customer service is a complete disgrace! ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! UPDATE: 2/8/2023 So I finally was able to get a hold of someone only after blowing up social media, in which they mentioned they saw all my posts so I know that is the only reason I heard from Ashleys. I spoke to someone in the escalation department and was told that what has happened from the start of my claim was not handled right (this is very true) and they for one last time they wanted to send out their best technician to look at my couch. Word for word, this technician is the last and final stop Well the technician came and basically reversed everything the last 4 technicians came and did and say we needed new cushions. Please note, that this was what Ashleys did in their 1st time to try and fix the issue and it didnt work. So weeks after having the 5th technician to come out, we got our new and better cushions. Within not even 24 hours of receiving these cushions and changing them out, the integrity of a couple of the new cushions already looked super worn. I called and spoke to the person who stated that this would be the last and final attempt to bring someone out here and of course it was UNTRUE. She then transferred me to someone else because obviously she was tired of dealing with me and he states that he wanted to bring the same technician out to service my couch. I told him that will not be necessary because I was told something different. He then said he was going to see if he could either give me 20% of what the couch was worth as a credit and let us keep the couch. I said I dont want the couch because Im clearly not happy with the quality of the couch. He then said maybe we can do a store credit and I could pick out another couch and upon delivery of the new couch they would pick up and remove the other couch from my home. This was only after arguing with him that he mentions this solution. He said he would have to speak to him management team about this and I would received a phone call back. Its been a week and cricketsso I called 2 days ago to follow up and I was told I would get a phone call back the next day (yesterday). So I called again today and was told that no one is available from that team to talk to me. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A COMPLETE JOKE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS!

    Zero customer service and rude

    I order dining table and glass was not fit to the stand, called them 3times, chat them 2time, waiting for technician for 3 weeks, nobody called me and cares me.bought around $1000

    Home Damage claim denied

    Ashley offers "white glove service" where the delivery drivers will relocate your existing furniture. they moved a very expensive leather chair and shoved it through a door scratching it on both sides. I submitted a claim for the damage and escalated it 3 times as the delivery driver denied doing the damage. Customer Care said I should have taken a video of them as proof - ridiculous. why would I think to take a video of delivery guys from a reputable company that calls their service WHITE GLOVE. Ashley's stance is that I damaged my own chair and offered me an instore credit to try and keep my loyalty to which i replied is NOT a solution for my damaged property nor do i want someone from Ashley in my home ever again to potentially further damage something in my home that I wont be able to have them take responsibility for.

    Warranty/ Furniture Quality

    Bought $12,000 worth of furniture and paid $800 for warranty. All my furniture is falling apart. Couches bedroom suite dinning room suite and they are refusing to replace items and if they are its @ 40% value. They came and put crayons and epoxy and tried to call it fixed. This company is a joke you literally can get better quality items a ikeano joke! Save your money dont shop at Ashleys Furniture.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

    Didnt reveive everything yet but out of the 10 pieces received SEVEN, yes seven pieces have damage!!! All they want to do is repair. I can understand if it was one or 2 pieces but to receive 7 out of 10 Pieces damaged is not acceptable. Now I see the reviews on here & seems to be a common thing to receive damaged furniture from this place. The Salesman told us furniture is made in Canada (not true) and also said to not worry & damaged pieces Ashley will replace. I think this place sells damaged furniture to then turn around and fix it all. I didnt go and buy damaged furniture! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!! I DONT RECOMMEND!

    the worst

    the so called white glove delivery the staff were rude and left a mess.Now the table is developing cracks after only 2 months.The service department will not respond and even the BBB can not get them to even come and look.Do Not Buy From Them.
