I had received about 9 quotes from different vendors. Many were reluctant to give me the specifications that I wanted, because they stated that it was not necessary. Mario was awesome, he listened to my requirements, he is very approachable and gave me a reasonable price (he was not the cheapest in terms of price) for the Timberline HD shingles with Deck Armor and drip edge. He and his crew has fantastic work ethics , were on time , exceeded all expectations in terms of quality workmanship, did not cut corners on the job and finished the job on time within 1.5 days and cleaned up the site... these guys know what they are doing and do the work diligently...gave me a "sexy" roof as I wanted it to be....

We are very happy with the service we got from Royal Roofs. Everyone was professional and very friendly...had some holes in the roof and they fixed it perfectly and cleaned the backyard and driveway. Thank you so much and we would highly recommend royal roofs for any problem with the roofing....

Royal Roof quoted all of the right materials and because of the request for a better (but significantly more expensive product, unknown at the time) missed in the quotation, stood by the quote without question and took no shortcuts to complete the work at the original quoted price. This is first class customer service and commitment to the customer which is rarely seen these days of making a quick buck. Additionally, having been in the construction industry, I can say that they do the job right, no exceptions from start to cleaned up finish. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

The crew were amazing. Everything from workmanship to clean up. Competitive pricing. I definitely would recommend Visal and his crew to anyone. As a matter of fact they did my son-in-law's roof and again did an amazing job. I did a lot of research before going with Royal Roofing and I'm glad that I choose them for the job.

I did my homework and had about 15 quotes. Mario was the one that impressed me the most. He was accurate, friendly, prompt to reply and professional. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. When I spend hard earned money I look for someone who respects that I want a good quality job for a fair price. Mario and Vasil did exactly that! Needed a new roof and Royal Roof to the rescue. vasil and his team are professional, reliable and hard working. I was so impressed that they didn't leave a mess behind. They used a metal rake to make sure no nails were left behind as well for anyone's safety. I 100% recommend Royal Roofs to get the job done! I was introduced to Mario and Vasil by my father in law that had his roof done. My father in laws roof was having few leaks and Mario did a brand new roof couple days later for him. As per recommendation of the father in law and his friend I had my detached garage done also. Mario and Vasil finished it in a day. There were some minor issues with the roof but Vasil told me that there is a 10 year guarantee on their labor and he will solve any issue that arises regarding the roof installation. Vasil keeps his word. He came and helped my father-in-law. Thank you Vasil

What incredible service! Today was VERY windy (100km/h gusts). I came home from work to find most of my shingles missing from the front of my roof. It is a newer roof done in 2009. I found Royal Roofs on Homestars and gave them a call. Because of the high winds Vasil was available to come right away. He was at my house in 20min. He let to buy shingles and returned. The job was done very quickly. He took pictures of the job before and after. I am a trades person and recognize quality work and when someone knows what they are doing. I couldn't be happier. He not only fixed my missing shingles but we went around and addressed issues left by the original roofers. Vasil at Royal Roofs gets two thumbs up. I WILL use him again in the future.

Royal roofs did an excellent job removing and reinstalling my roof. They started the job when they said they would. All workers very polite. Excellent cleanup of property each day. Overall a veryood experience.
