    Install Decora Smart Switches

    Installed a series of Decora Smart switches and dimmers. Was able to figure out complex installation and showed up the same day.

    Service Upgrade

    Mark did a really good job. The cost was exactly what was quoted. The house's electrical health is now perfect for my needs. Mark is very professional, he got there on time and arranged everything with the ESA for the permit and the inspection which passed without any defects. I'd definitely recommend House Depot.

    Light Up

    I had had some electrical problems and called House Depot to do some troubleshooting. They got there quickly and right when they said they would. Their lead electrician, Mark managed to solve the problems with alacrity. So another day I had to have 7 new light fixtures installed and called them again. Same great service. I am happy with House Depot and would definitely recommend them.

    Fixed lighting wiring that was not working.

    Mark did an excellent job - everything you could ask for in an electrical services company. Mark was right on time, identified and fixed the problem promptly and the workspace was left clean. I was very please with the service. Thank you to Mark and House Depot for the assistance.

    Installed tankless water heater and repaired air conditioner

    I just moved into my new house in downtown Toronto. I knew my hot water heater wasn't working well and my air conditioner blew air that was luke warm. I really didn't have much cash on hand after the move. House Depot helped me get the tankless unit installation and air conditioner repair financed at a decent rate so I didn't have to put it on my credit card. The guys were quick but they didn't cut any corners. I'd recommend them to my friends.

    humidifier repair

    Mark came through again. Had a leaking humidifier that just wouldn't stop pouring water in my furnace room, causing concern with mold and damage to my basement. Mark was so great to come by almost immediately to stop the leak and stabilize the situation, followed up a few days later to fix the problem. As a unexpected bonus he helped me adjust my water heater configuration to improve the venting. Very reliable and honest.

    Furnace replacement, AC repair

    My AC unit started generating condensation which damaged my furnace. The furnace was 20 years old and need to be replaced anyway. House depot came and fixed my AC unit, and replaced my furnace. They did a great job. Their team was professional and price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

    Electrician

    I called this company based on Homestars reviews and truth be told, Mark was AMAZING !!! I called him for my heated bathroom floors that were not working....he found the problem and fixed it on his first visit... He came back a second time for other work I had and he completed all the work I had, he was professional , and his pricing was really fair .....I would definitely call him again...

    Knob and tube rewiring

    Our house is a heritage home bbut we always had electrical problems when we moved in. Mark came exactly on time and completed the work with great alacrity. The price was excellent but not the lowest estimate but no corners were cut that could affect us later. Professional and reasonably priced is how I would describe HouseDepot. All in all I'd go with them for electrical work and HVAC although this job didn't involve any HVAC work.

    Air Conditioner service

    We had a home inspection done before we listed our house for sale. I called Boris at House adroit and he suggested some options I could try on my own before he came to the house to service the air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised that he would give advice on how to fix ourselves ! Ultimately he needed to come he immediately serviced our call with 24hrs and provided prompt excellent service. I highly recommend him to everyone ! So friendly and helpful and gave us tips on how to maintain the Air Conditioner unit so that we wouldn't need frequent service Thanks you Boris and Mohammed for amazing service Kindly Jodi and Andrew
