    AC repair

    Very professional and meticulous in doing their diagnostics. Reasonable fee and it was discussed upfront. Strongly recommend them!

    Be careful

    I initially and paid this company to upgrade all the lighting in our house to LED from halogen. I had a couple of issues with their service. First, it didn’t seem like they always knew what they were doing. At some point they spent approximately two hours on the phone with tech-support with the company that produces the dimmers. Second, I caught the guy trying to up charge me for the materials. He claimed that the LED bulbs he bought were $15 each. The receipt he produced was illegible but I was able to ascertain the store name and looked up the cost of the Bulbs myself and found the price to be around 5 dollars. I confronted him with this information. He apologized and reduced the cost of the materials. Had I not been vigilant, there would’ve been a significant and unnecessary increase in the cost. I found this to be quite unprofessional. Third, while we were discussing the price, he kept asking if he could deal with my wife Instead of me. I think he felt that my wife would not pick up on the additional charges.

As you know I had arranged with your wife, Mrs Catherine either she buys the material or the tech buys the material. if we buy the material, there will be extra charge for our time and has to be paid before commencing the job. you refused to follow the procedure of prepayment then you said your wife is not making money and it is you who pays the bill However with regard to talking to the manufacturer for issue we were having due to the mismatch between the dimmers and bulbs: and it was less than ten minutes, which you deducted two hours from our labour time. As you know our service was our second visit within a month, i was hoping if you were not happy with us then your wife, Catherine would have cancelled it as she was the only one asking for our services, and not even once you were involved.

    A/C Repair

    I found these guys on Home Stars and quickly realized why they are so highly rated. They responded within hours during a heat wave, did a great job diagnosing and fixing my A/C, got the parts quickly, gave me options and did only what was necessary. They even returned a few days later to do additional repairs at no charge. Professional on all levels. I have already recommended them to friends and will use them in the future. Mike

    Great experience: quick, low-cost, fair, and friendly

    Our furnace was dripping like mad every time the AC was on. Worried that it meant a big problem. Went with House Depot, based on ratings here. Glad I did. They fixed the situation in 5 minutes, then stayed a while to completely seal and tidy up the leaky area. That was 10 AC-filled days ago, and not one drop of water since.

    AC Installation

    My AC stopped working. I phoned House Depot for help. Within hours Mark and James were there to assess the unit. Unfortunately my AC unit needed to be replaced. House Depot gave me a great price on a new unit and installation and I had a new AC the next day. Mark followed up the day after to make sure everything was working properly. They are knowledgeable, honest, responsive and work long hours to accommodate their customers. Highly recommend.

    AC Repair

    I contacted HouseDepot to fix an AC problem. It was shutting on and off too quickly. Mark showed up on time. He was very thorough and asked a lot of questions. Don't be put off by that. He knows what he is doing. I am pleased with the service and would contract him again. Thank you. A+

    Air Conditioner repair

    My AC conked out on me around 5pm on Friday. Called Mark at 8pm. It was fixed by 10pm. Couldn’t ask for a more professional or fairly priced repairman. I’m keeping Mark on my speed dial.

    Broken AC

    Tech recommended we flip the breaker off and on, which fixed our issue. Quickest possible resolution to our issue. He was also nice and let us know his schedule. Thanks!

    Air Conditioner Not Working

    Courteous, responsive, and pleasant. Respectful of property. Explained the problem and the measures taken to correct it. Much appreciated. I would be happy to welcome this company into my home for HVAC or electrical related issues. I really appreciated that they fit me in with little notice so my family could be comfortable in this hot weather. Thank you!
