    Furnace Renovation

    Always in time, very detailed work! Great price! I would recommend anyone who needs a quick fix with their HVAC problems

    new combi boiler install

    I hired Mark to install a Nortiz combi boiler and rads. The scenario was fairly sophisticated with three zones and tight confines to vent and drain. Mark was inventive in his implementation and very diligent in ensuring smooth operation. Recommended!

    Bathroom/ hall light switches replaced. Basement light fixture replaced with an l.e.d. fixture.

    I am very pleased with the work that was done. Mark was professional & punctual. I would recommend him to a friend.

    Routine furnace maintenance/servicing

    Mark is friendly, helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and incredibly proficient. He came by on a Sunday morning at a moment's notice and did excellent work. He does a thorough job and explains his process meticulously. He's happy to chat and answer any questions you might have. I will definitely hire him again for any future HVAC or electrical jobs.

    Boiler problems finally fixed!

    Mark is great! He showed up on time, kept us fully informed about the work he was doing, and resolved issues with our boiler that have been plaguing us for some time. I highly recommend him – you will not be disappointed.

    Duct Cleaning

    They did an amazing job and even found a very hazardous clog in the dryer ventilation ducts that could have easily caused a fire. They guys were very polite and did their job well. Price was great and we even got a 10% off discount for the first time buyers. They cleaned everything up after their work and they were polite all the way throughout the service.

    Leaking furnace

    Mark showed up when he said he would. My furnace was leaking quite a bit of water and he not only diagnosed and fixed the problem right away, he also fixed an unrelated electrical issue that could have been dangerous. Thanks again Mark

    HVAC and ductless AC service

    Our HVAC system was completely serviced and he found a potential problem and fixed it. He also disassembled and cleaned our ductless AC unit.

    Panel re wiring

    I believe I had Mark in several months ago and I just found them on this platform so I thought I'd leave them a review. He was super nice and friendly and when he saw the issue he lowered the price than what he originally quoted me over the phone because it was easier than expected.

    Fireplace and exterior lighting install

    I made a mistake on your site. I did hire House Depot (Mark). He was fast , friendly, reliable and economical. I have recommended him and would use him again.
