The name Chesney means a lot to me, I have dealt with the original owner from back in the the 70's. The original owner took out the old Furnace and put in a new one and told me to come and pay for the new one when I could. Now 40 years later the same incident as repeated it's self, and Tyler and Kyle who were very knowledgeable installation the new Furnace,They calm all my fears regarding the technicality of this Furnace.They also reassured me, that I was in good hands and I was getting the best Furnace that was out there.

Tyler E and Kyle came to our home and installed our air conditioner. They were very professional, and we were very pleased with the install. Phoned ahead, arrived on time, and completed the install. We were very pleased. Thank you A1 Chesney.

Serviceman Rob Pacino was on time and neatly dressed. He had performed the same excellent service last year so we were pleased to have him back. He was thorough, very professional and explained clearly the results of his work. Would recommend him to friends.

Peter came out on a Monday to explain new Furnaces. Very knowledgeable. By Thursday Kyle & Gary were out on time to install. Very pleasant fellow's. Had furnace installed and Cleaned up by end of day. Yes would recommend these three fellow's. Elmer

Booked an appointment on Saturday for the following Tuesday at noon. Randy showed up right on time, assessed the type of water tank I needed, went to pick up new tank, returned, replaced and took away the old tank, all wrapped up by 215 pm, great service!

This was a yearly maintenance check on my furnace. The technician, Jamil, was very courteous and efficient and answered all of my questions. I am always impressed with the high level of service from A1 Chesney.

Just another great install for the Two Tylers. Punctual, courteous, neat, considerate, and efficient. Gave great explainations of why things should go here and not there and how to they work. Although removal of old material was more complicated than anticipated, they produced a tidy and effective install in a very professional manner. Thumbs-up to the electrician who also contributed a neat and professional finish.

We booked our appointment through Costco. The rep arrived as booked and spent a lot of time going through our house to determine the best product for us. He was very helpful and the price quoted was far less than we had anticipated (which certainly doesn't happen often in Calgary). We agreed and set up installation for the next week. The installers, Kyle and Gary, came on time and were the friendliest and efficient workers. Although they had another job that followed ours, Kyle came back after that job later that evening to go through our information with us. Having dealt with some questionable customer service from other contractors during a recent renovation, it was very refreshing to deal with excellent customer service.

We had our furnace replaced by A1 Chesney Service Experts through Costco. The two installers Tyler and Tyler were very excellent in there work. Showed up on time and left the place clean. They answered all my questions and would recommend them .
