The install was awesome, Tyler and Tyler were efficient polite neat and extremely capable, they finished out install with no problems in a finished basement which made the install extra complicated.

We would definitely recommend the company, very prompt and professional. Richard came out and spent lots of time explaining the options; Tyler and Tyler (yes!) were the techs and were excellent in every way. Would definitely deal there again.

Great job by Tyler and Tyler. They were courteous and cleaned up everything when they finished the job. They installed a new AC unit and told us what we needed to do to get extended warranty coverage. They also explained how to operate the unit and what to watch for

I found A1 through Costco when I went on-line to find out who supplied Lennox Air Conditoners. They called and set up a date to come and give me a quote within 2 days. The Representative was on time, curteous and very informative with his information. I was able to set up a date later in the same week to have the air conditioner installed. Again, the installers and electricians who came were polite, informative and professional in their work. I was very impressed. They cleaned up after themselves too and explained how the system worked. I would highly recommend them.

Our furnace was 50+ years old, so we really did need a new one. We started by checking with a number of different companies but in the end we picked A1 Chesney Service Experts Heating and Air Cond as we found Peter the sales rep to be extremely knowledgeable and the questions we asked were answered without hesitation. Our installers were Ryley and Tyler and boy were they impressive. We asked a lot of questions while they installed the new furnace and they were always polite and very knowledgeable about what they were doing and why. From the start of the job they did a great job, kept the work area tidy, and did a fantastic clean up. We were really impressed with their professionalism. We are extremely pleased with the new furnace. Thanks Peter, Ryley, and Tyler for a great job.

The work was professionally done by Kyle and Gary. When there was a problem with the follow up exterior finishing, they reacted fairly to my request to correct it. Nice job fellas!

A1 Chesney was good to work with from the start. Their Sales Consultant Peter was very helpful and prompt with responses to questions. On installation day, the two Techs, Tylor and Tylor did a fantastic job. They arrived as scheduled, they paid close attention to details and did very neat work. They also tidied everything up before leaving the site. I highly recommend them.

The installation crew was prompt, polite and efficient. The area was left quite tidy. My only problem was obtaining a serial # and getting a copy of the invoice. This was an administration problem.

Tyler and Tyler showed up on time and made a courtesy call on the way. Ran AC lines in a fully developed basement in a very un-intrusive way. Great clean up when the job was done.

Installation of a new furnace with air conditioning went smoothly in one day. Despite the challenges, they were able to install the new energy efficient HVAC equipment in our 60+ year old house. Already enjoying the AC as the temperature passed 30 degrees. Thanks Peter and all the crew at A1 Chesney.
