    Stove

    New stove ordered and delivered in 48h great service highly recommend would definitely purchase again

    Fridge and Range

    We purchased a new Samsung fridge and range. Both look fantastic. Have already cooked with the range and things work out according to plans. The stove top is a pain to keep clean and is also a pain to clean. I wish they could figure out a better surface glass top for ranges. The fridge was dented upon unpacking but was replaced very quickly. Overall we are satisfied, lets see what happens when we hook up the water for the ice maker and water dispenser. Fingers crossed.

    Whirlpool refridgerator

    The process was amazing from start to finish. Elizabeth at the Oakville showroom guided us and was extremely patient with us while we made our decision. We were kept fully informed regarding delivery. The two guys who came were very efficient and polite. I will only go to Canadian Appliance and Elizabeth for any purchases in the future.

    NEVER AGAIN

    4 months wait, wrong appliance, the return and exchange process is terrible. will take me weeks to get my new appliance

    On time

    No hard sell, answered all questions and delivery was on time. Delivery people were courteous, efficient and removed old equipment. Only negative is that I needed to set up equipment myself. This was explained to me by customer service person, however, with a new appliance a walk through of it would have been helpful and would have made the process much better, rather than having to go online to better understand operation.

    Washer/Dryer Purchase

    NIGHTMARE - avoid this company. Ordered a washer/dryer combo with delivery installation, they missed the first delivery, took days to organize another and when the delivery came they were not able to install! When we tried to arrange a service call for installation they said it would take two weeks. We had to pay extra to install to a third party and the units turned out to be defective. No refund issued, trying to organize them to come pick up the defective units, likely another two weeks. HORRIBLE

    Washing machine removal and installation

    We purchased a new washing machine on Tuesday, and it was delivered on Thursday. Cant get any better than that! Im very excited to do laundry :)

    I recently (September & December) purchased new appliances from Canadian Appliance Source. I have found their prices to be very competitive, their delivery to be timely and professional, and excellent responsiveness to customers.

    Total house renovation. Purchased four appliances.

    Pleasant and professional help in store. good choice of inventory and very competitive prices . delivery of Bosch fridge was delayed 6 months , but that is not the fault of the company.
