    I was treated very well from sales, delivery and support. They followed up questions quickly and were helpful.

    Fridge deliver and haul away old unit

    Great job by the guys getting a big 36 French door Samsung fridge through a tight entrance.

    Gas range and delivery

    Our stove had a gas leak so we had to get a new one. Issac was a wonderful help. And was able to find us a range with all the features we could ask for at a wonderful price. And best of all he was able to find one in stock. The delivery was quick and the guys were very careful and very pleasant.

    New fridge purchased and delivered

    We are moving within 2 weeks when our fridge started to makes noises. Repairman said to get new fridge. Went to Ottawa CAS store and Mohammad quickly and efficiently confined a similar replacement fridge could be delivered within 2 days. Called and confirmed the day before, another call confirmed the delivery time and they were here within the 10 minute heads up text time. The 2 men were pleasant, efficient and the new fridge was in the the old fridge removed within 15 minutes. Impressive!

    Fridge replacement & delivery

    Our CAS in-store and online experience were positive ones. They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Rebecca (Markham location) for your help! Our fridge was delivered seamlessly in a timely manner and with care. They hauled away our old fridge (though we had to remove old fridge doors to ensure it fit through our front doorway). Thank you, Roger and Kelvin!

    The delivery guys are professional and knew very well what they have to do coz they have to bring the fridge upstairs on the second floor.

    Purchase of Electric Range Oven

    Worked with Andrew Lee to select the Frigidaire electric stove to meet our need. Took deklivery today. Installed it today and already Frigidaire is ending out a repair person to fix a wiring problem. Surprised wit quality control!
