    LG Range Stove

    The circuit board on our stove caught fire and started to smoke resulting in our stove becoming inoperable with significant damage. In hopes of finding a new stove we were able to locate an LG Range stove with next day delivery service. The delivery service was great - and the drivers kindly removed the damaged unit.

    Needed washer/dryer ASAP - got it - very happy

    Old one broken / laundry piling up Ordered it on Wednesday - delivered Friday Great tracking app too

    Electrolux washer and dryer

    The appliances were delivered carefully but the dryer was installed incorrectly causing the machine to be scratched. CAS was able to correct this problem except for the scratches for which I received a monetary compensation. The service people quickly fixed the incorrect installation. They levelled the appliances as best as they could, since the levelling wrench that was included was not left from the first installers. The machines work well but I had to ask the salesperson for the manuals. Now I have to download the PDFs instead of being given the manuals. It maybe a cost saving measure by Electrolux but a large annoyance for me.

    great prices and service

    Initially bought my dishwasher here in 2021 after moving into our first house. Prices were better than anywhere else and they actually had stock. Recently got a new fridge, stove, and range hood to finish our kitchen reno. Once again, great service, price, and availability. Less than a week from purchase to delivery.

    Worse compay ever,terrible customer service

    I was in rush to get washing machine for my tenant.Seller guy showed me a tint on washing machine in showroom and I thought that is it.He didnt mention if you get from showroom there is no return.they sent malfunction washing machine for my tenants and told me deal with manufacturers company.Seller guy didnt respond to me after I learned washing machine is malfunctioned.Their return department emailed me that they contacted LG technician to come within 10 days.I contacted LG and no one contacted to LG on my behalf.They just get money and deliver the most unacceptable terrible customer service.

    Electric Range

    I am very impressed with the product. Top of the line the latest model. Delivery men were very careful in handling the product. I would highly recommend this company and its products.

    Was in back order for months from a competitor, bought it two days ago and it was delivered. I dealt with Nader - he was so helpful, thank you
