    I have been waiting since January for my dishwasher every month they say it's on back order

    I am in Ottawa and ordered a dishwasher in January and I'm still waiting for it. The only way to cancel is to contact the specific salesperson who sold it to me. Just forewarning anyone don't order from Canadian Appliance Source. Every month they say it's on back order. Total scummers

    Laundry tower and dishwasher purchase

    The representative was great when I chatted to discuss price and options. Delivery was on time, there was great communication and I knew exactly when they were going to arrive.

    Great selection, service and delivery

    Was in the market for a new refrigerator and gas range, and CAS had exactly what we wanted in stock, our customer service rep was extremely helpful in explaining our range of choices, and delivery was shockingly prompt (two days after purchase, delivery team actually arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule) and perfectly quick and efficient, and the appliances arrived in perfect shape. Great, great experience top to bottom.

    Laundry appliances

    Very professional and efficient people. Know their job and worked well together to take the old ones out and install the new ones. Very careful not to do any damage.

    Canadian Applaince Source

    Bought a brand new range from them and 15 hours later no power was going to the oven and the burners took forever to heat up. I never got to use it at all. I complained right away to the store and they told me that they had to get the manufacturer to send a technician to diagnose it. I told them I really didnt want the stove now even if they fixed it as Im sure its poorly made and I didnt want to have to deal with it. I wanted a refund or an exchange to another range fron another manufactuer. They claim to have a 7 day refund and exchange policy but they also say they can refuse to honor it for whatever reason or no reason. This is a quote from their email and by the time I got it I had had the range for 2 days. "We are sorry for the issues you are experiencing with the unit. Upon review of your request to return/exchange your GE JCB860SKSS, please know that all functional issues need to be addressed by the manufacturer as they hold the first year manufacturer's warranty. " Stay away from this company as they are not credible.

    Chest Freezer

    Cas was good overall. The purchasing process was smooth and they were very helpful. The delivery service was also very smooth quick friendly and professional. The only area I had a bit if issue with was the delivery date, but that was due to the manufacturer and not cas.

    New Induction Range

    Naved was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions regarding the range and competing models. The range was delivered on time and the delivery team was great. They removed the old stove and brought in the new one without any issues. Would gladly buy from CAS in the future.

    Good price go with speed.

    When your cook leaves you, and you quickly have to find a new one. It's not going from store to store to find the best price. Simply queried the web. APPLIANCE CANADIANS. At the price, delivery in 48 hours. As if this purchase was the fastest and easiest directly from my armchair in front of my computer.

    Great appliance retailer

    Great price, great service, great communication, quick courteous delivery. Finally a retailer who knows the value of good customer service. I would definitely recommend CAS.
