This company is awful. Customer service doesn't exist. They are rude and will not help, instead they say I must speak with the salesperson who is on vacation! Insane!
I placed an order for a washer/dryer last week and the delivery never happened. I called "Customer Support" and they said the delivery was cancelled by the sales rep, Harry. The order wasn't cancelled though, just the delivery so my card was charged!
They said I would have to ask Harry why this happened, and he is on vacation. I asked to talk with a manager and they hung up on me.
How could they cancel the delivery but not the order??
How could no one at CAS help me, only the specific sales person who isn't even working??
