    No Sales Pressure, just great service

    Long time CAS customer. Just bought new LG fridge and range, plus Bosch dishwasher at a great price. Delivered on time and with care. Will be back for range hood and microwave!

    Delivery was good

    I purchased 4 items for 10 k CAD DOLLAR. i recieved 2 items out of 4 so far due to covid condition and stock shortage...

    New Kitchen Appliances

    Easy to deal with. Great pricing, provided additional discount after invoice by adding warranty. Delivery was smooth and easy with polite drivers.

    Appliances putchase

    We bought fridge stove and dishwasher and even though some were back ordered we received them in perfect condition. Our sales agent was the best. The dishwasher was back ordered and as soon as some had arrived one model above from what we had chosen he told us if we wanted to switch to the upper model so that we can get them all at the same time. He was amazing. We want to thank you the Scarborough store for an amazing experience. We were not sure as our old appliances lasted and in excellent condition for over 25 years. Hopefully these will last as much.

    Washer and dryer

    Ordered stacking washer and dryer. Company did not include stacking kit so assembly did not happen. Very disappointed

    Replacement appliances

    My oven and fridge hit the end of their life cycle unexpectedly. We needed a new fridge ASAP and after quick research and looking, we decided to check out CAS and it was an amazing experience. Minimal to no high pressure sales, comparable prices, additional discounts and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Bought a fridge, stove and microwave.

    Install and removal of dryer

    The delivery and install guys were super efficient and helpful. My only suggestions for the sale person was to be clear that the owner needs to uninstall/unplug/unhook the old dryer because the company doesn't do it.

    Purchase, removal and delivery of washer/dryer

    Needed a new washer in a hurry as the old one broke. Decided to get a new dryer at the same time as it was also on its last legs. As I needed a gas dryer I liked the feature to look for pairs which only included gas. I also liked it clearly showed what was in stock and when delivery could be. Delivery was well communicated, right on time and the guys were excellent. The only thing the made me hold back on both being the highest rating is that as I looked through the website I kept getting pinged in the online chat that to talk to someone directly, they could get me a better price than online. That turned to not be the case. They "credited" the $20 removal fee for each item but added $40 to the overall website price which i did not realize until later.

    Never disappointed

    Ordered appliances that were discounted at point of sale and delivered without any problems..Would highly recommend
