    new dryer

    Shop all over the city and this company had the dryer I wanted in stock & ready to deliver in a couple of days. Other stores said 2 weeks to 2 months.

    Laundry washing machine

    Our washing machine broke on Saturday. Called CAS, Ali H. found the machine I was looking for, and booked it for me. Delivery team came early Tuesday, took the heavy old machine, took the new machine down, explained the details -- all in about 10 minutes. Great experience!

    New appliance

    Very polite and professional salesperson who helped me with my needs. I was going to buy online but chose to call ahead and I am glad I did. Questions were answered abd I even saved over $100. The delivery was seemless and they were very polite and professional. They arrived when they said and alo gave a 5 minute notification they would be there. I would recommend this company.

    Kitchen appliance purchase

    Purchased appliances from CAS, sales rep was able to provide lower price that was within range of my budget. Delivery service was excellent, the rep laid down cardboard boxes so can walk through my house without dirtying my floors.

    Dishwasher

    Online order thru live chat assist. Very fast and efficient. Excellent delivery time , on time as expected. Friendly delivery.

    Maytag Washer & Dryer

    Canadian Appliance has the best selection and prices; they also have excellent customer service and the delivery team was prompt, friendly and made sure the appliances were moved to the right location in my home.

    2 new appliances

    The app they use to let you know ETA and up to the minute “where they are” and “when to expect delivery” on the day-of was pretty great. Both delivery reps were on (seemingly?) personal phone calls during the entirety of the delivery. Didn’t affect the quality or service, but it was a bit unprofessional and distracting. Felt like we were interrupting their call to provide basic instructions like where to place the appliance. Overall recommended

    New Range Oven

    Johnny helped us pick a new stove that we would be happy with. He asked many questions to ensure we picked the right stove for us.
