    We received excellent service from information about products to meet our needs, pricing, availability, to delivery! We were already pleased with the service and when they delivered, a young man named Rylee went above & beyond for us to make it one of the most pleasant experiences in service we have had since moving here 8 years ago.     Induction range

    I paid for the delivery cost from Ottawa to Cornwall. Well worth it. I was not able to locate this item anywhere in my community.

    Purchase Bosch Dishwasher

    I called and CAS was able price match and beat other prices without hassle. The agent explained all features and services. Delivery was smooth and within 48 hrs. Other places I had to wait weeks to get the product. Very Happy!

    Fridge stove stacked laundry and microwave

    Delivery wad good. Automated phone call for appointment time of delivery. Not really working if customer has an answering service.

    New Fridge.

    We need a new fridge as ours quit. We has already purchased a Convection Microwave from CAS. We also had recommended CAS to our family. Delivery time was much quicker than our local stores. We were quoted delivery end of March/early April. It was delivered at least a week early. So far happy

    New dishwasher purchase and delivery

    Two weeks ago the ancient "working order" dishwasher that came with my townhouse peed all over the floor and regurgitated food that wasn't ours all.over our dishes. Canadian Appliance Superstore, STAT! I selected a base model Bosch from the flyer. Unfortunately the one pictured with a black finish was discontinued and not available but they had an alternate more expensive white finish in stock. The kind salesman extended our warranty by one year for no charge. Hours shy of one week later the strongest - and smiley-est- delivery guy I have ever seen pulled our dishwasher off his truck, hoisted it over his head and then carried it up 3 flights of stairs to my kitchen. Wow. Not only that, but originally we were to our delivery could happen any time between 9:30 and 5 - then through further messages, the window helpfully narrowed between 9:30 and 12:30, and then delivered by 10am. Amazing. Delivery was $89.95 of cost quoted above; taxes $114.91

    Washer dryer range microwave

    The delivery guys were great and the service from CAS would is great. They were helpful in getting me the right price and were knowledgeable about their products.
