    Sorely disappointed then resolved

    I purchased a Whirlpool washer WFW560CHW. After having it delivered, I learned it has no internal water heater, and accessing the pump and filter is done by removal of the back panel. The salesman never told me that the next model up, the WFW5620HW, and costing only $50 more, has an internal water heater with the pump and filter easily accessible by removing a small front panel. An internal water heater is needed for hotter temperatures. Removing the back panel requires moving the washer completely out of the closet where it is stored, where as the front panel doesn't. My machine's hoses were hooked up, but the machine had not yet been run when I requested an exchange. The company refused. I was sorely disappointed. CSA then offered to do the exchange for a $104 restocking fee and zero charges to pick up the original machine and deliver the second one. Still cost me also to have someone help me uninstall the original and install the new. But CSA at least agreed to compromise.

    Appliance delivery

    Good and reliable delivery services. I had to return a fridge that got scratched during delivery. They replaced it without any issues.

    Stay away- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Received a dead on arrival fridge. Took them 3 days to response and refused to take any responsibility for the product delivered. Left me to deal with the manufacturer and completely washed their hand from supporting the customer. Customer service are useless and Return Authorization department only respond by email. FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH STAY AWAY!!!!

    Dishwasher purchase

    Happy with speed of purchase and delivery. Others in Toronto did not have this recommended Bosch dishwasher in stock.

    Great service

    The online tracking function was great to be able to determine the ETA. The two people delivering were friendly, respectful, cordial.

    KitchenAid Wall Oven

    Great service. Delivery was prompt and the staff very careful. Very pleased with product performance and quality.

    Excellent service in store and delivery

    It’s a difficult time to purchase appliances with so many products back ordered. Plus we were going through a renovation that presented some delays. Our sales person was pleasant, never pushy and really knew his product. Since we were purchasing 5 appliances he did his best to get us the best possible price. He always returned calls and emails and was finally able to provide the products and at a very competitive price. A pleasant experience after an unpleasant one with a very pushy sales person at another store.

    No hassles

    Laundry station for my basement apartment

    I did my price checking and went to CAS. Got my appliances for a lower price and free shipping the next day and an awesome warranty

    All new appliances in record time

    I had been waiting for over 8 months for backordered appliances I purchased from another vendor. After being told I would experience further delays I contacted CAS - i was able to purchase the same model appliances and have them delivered within a week, which was a great relief. CAS was extremely communicative and transparent with stock of the units, my place on the wait list and expected delivery dates. Every interaction with their employees were exceptionally positive. Would highly recommend.
