    Great Customer Service

    My father and l visited the Mississauga location of CAS to take advantage of a Boxing Day sale on appliances. My father was shopping for a new fridge and l was in the market for a new stove and a new washer/dryer. We were greeted and taken care of by Sam. Sam attentively listened to our needs and wants, showed us options and provided us with pricing without any pressure whatsoever. My father and l left to remeasure and think about making our purchases further. We returned the next day, asked to see Sam and we both purchased what Sam had recommended to us. From then on, Sam kept us informed with respect to back order and delivery statuses and was readily available to answer further queries we had. Our respective appliances were delivered when promised, without damage and installed with CAS' "white glove" installation service. I will be returning to see Sam personally for my next appliance purchase later this year and highly recommend he be sought out by anyone visiting the Mississauga location.

    Laundry appliances

    My washer and dryer finally quit! We went to Canadian Appliance...within 40 minutes we had found our appliances and we were on our way. The agent was very informed and courteous. The delivery men were equally courteous and helpful. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves

    Quick Service

    Quick internet search on a Sunday afternoon, quick chat and call with their sales person same afternoon. Product delivered and installed Tuesday by noon. That’s what I call good service!!

    New upright freezer and new fridge purchase

    We have limited space for freezer and fridge in our condo. We finally found what we needed and placed an order, only to discover that delivery could be delayed into 2023. We cancelled the order and started over, which is when we found CAS. They had both appliances in stock at competitive prices and were able to deliver within a day or two. CAS provided excellent sales service, inventory and delivery. That's where we'll go first whenever we need to upgrade appliances.

    Kitchen renovation

    CAS provided all the appliances for our new kitchen . Easy to deal with, great prices, supplied all we asked for even in middle of a pandemic. When other stores lowered prices on one of the items they lowered to invoice to match or beat the posted sale prices - Thanks

    Samsung Dryer

    NEW WASHER

    SERVICE WAS EFFICIENT , COURTEOUS , AND ON TIME. DELIVERY STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. STORE REP WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE.

    Purchase - New Refrigerator

    Purchased a new fridge from Dufflaw store (sales rep - George Spasioti). Less than 48-hours later in our home. Delivery drivers were amazing (fast, professional, personable) - did a great job. Will add a product review when we hook-up the unit. Well-priced - purchase, extended warranty, delivery (next day) and removal (old unit) included in the price.

    Appliance Purchase

    They are dishonest. Two orders - both showed in stock with available delivery dates within 3 days. First order is now 3+ months late with no delivery date any time soon and the second which was supposed to be delivered Friday 2/11 is not "Maybe" available in March. STAY AWAY. If a competitor has the item you need in stock - buy it elsewhere if you actually need your appliance.
