    Whirlpool Refrigerator

    no one had this refrigerator in stock except for CAS. They guarantied they had the product and the delivery date. They delivered on time and they had a fantastic knowledgeable delivery crew to set up the refrigerator. Great company and service.

    Dishwasher purchase

    Purchase was easy via Web site and chatting with a great agent (Tapan). Was great to be able to track the delivery and know when it would arrive.

    fridge delivery

    Horrible delivery and awful communication skills of the delivery team. They came today, park on the street and said it is too much snow on my driveway to deliver my fridge. PLease see photos attached. It is a shoveled driveway, yes there are patches of snow which is frozen, but it is February in Canada! It snows It is Canada! Why bother to take orders if you do not deliver them! Order number is 1884766. I should never buy from them again. Update 1: CAS contacted me and asked to pay another $100 for another attempt to deliver my fridge, I responded it will be the same driveway, snow melts only in couple months. I said I will cancel my credit card payment. Update 2: after some back and forth arguing CAS agreed to provide a full refund. Buyer beware - lots of time and energy wasted.

    Refrigerator replacement

    Found the fridge we wanted and they were able to deliver within 5 days. Great service.

    Dishwasher & over the range Microwave (Bosch)

    Excellent service (Thank you Syed-J.A !) - probably the best online selection & fair price - they had everything on stock - delivered within 2 days!!! I will definitively recommend CSA and will do business with them again. Thanks TB

    Sales and Delivery

    I told the on-line sales representative that I was “price” shopping. He was intuitive enough to realize that I wasn’t going to negotiate a high offer so he provide me with best price that he could give me. I happily accepted his offer after he answered a couple of questions that I had. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. We decided on a delivery date and I received an email with confirmation details. On the day before delivery I received an automated phone message with delivery confirmation. On the day of delivery I was able to track the estimated arrival time. They also called me when they were a few minutes away to confirm their arrival time. They removed our old stacked washer/dryer and moved in the new LG Wash Tower. They had to lift both machines over a two step landing which didn’t appear to add to the difficulty of the job for the two gentlemen. They were also very courteous and professional.

    Service & product

    The most helpful sales person and the store had the product I couldn’t find anywhere else. The delivery guys were also very helpful and friendly

    Maytag washer and dryer machines

    The salesman we dealt with was very professional and answered our questions. The delivery men did a very good job delivering our appliances. I would highly recommend Canadian Appliances.

    New stove

    Bought my mom a stove online. Received call back immediately with excellent service. Delivery was less than a week. Movers were courteous, friendly and professional. No complaints here! Easiest appliance purchase I have ever experienced.

    Outstanding customer service from Aaron at the show room and email communications with updates on delays (due to manufacturer not the fault of CAS). Excellent delivery process from Lti logistics. Delivery personnel on time and professional.
