    Our Fridge quit and we needed a new one NOW

    Our fridge quit, and the repair man said it would cost $1,000 to fix. We were so worried that we wouldn't be able to find a new one for weeks in these COVID times. We phoned CAS and spoke to Som, who said come right in, and ask for him. Som found us 3 potential fridges that would fit in our space, and all of these he had in stock! I was so thrilled. Som was very practical, and explained the pros and cons of each one. We made our decision and the new fridge was delivered 2 days after our visit to the store! We also purchased a dishwasher at the same time, since our dishwasher was also very old. Thank you CAS and Som!

    Great service

    Needed a replacement washer quickly, it was installed and delivered in less than a week. Worked with sales associate who also provided great service. Suggested a different washer as it was on sale. ,

    Washer and dryer

    Fast efficient service at the store. Delivery was arranged within 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery service gentleman were also very professional. Both machines removed and new install done under an hour.

    Purchase of an upright freezer

    Good service. Communicated everything well. From when we walked into the store, received good info from the sales associate and treated with respect all the way up to and including the day of delivery Very satisfied.

    Kitchen stove

    14 year old Fridgedaire stove (excellent service). Served family and friends well. Still working but thought it was time to replace. Najeem listened to our needs and recommended a model that suited us perfectly. He answered our questions and explained the whole process. Thank you.

    Dryer/washer

    Delivery:I was really disappointed because the delivery man did not connect my washer because I had to fix the tube for the dryer I waited a week for the other team to come and 4 phone calls with the service In the mean time I had no access to my shower and not able yo use my washer machine

    Purchase and Delivery were excellent

    The sales rep, Jamie, made the selection and purchase of my fridge and stove very easy and enjoyable. The delivery and removal of the old appliances was on schedule and done professionally.

    New LG fridge

    We had a good experience shopping for our fridge at CAS. I didn’t want to but without being able to see it first, and they had quite a few different fridges in store to look at. Overall good service.

    Washer/Dryer Sales and Delivery

    Great service in the store, nice discounts, and terrific delivery service. The only thing I can think that is negative is their 10 day delivery mandate. We are moving on November 26th and unfortunately we had to have the washer/dryer delivered to our old house and now have to bring it with us to our new house by the movers, so that was not convenient to us. Also, do we really need an email, text AND phone call. I think one or 2 of those reminders will suffice. 3 is too many in my opinion. Otherwise everything was great and on time.

    Appliances

    Needed new appliances for the newly renovated kitchen decor, all are stainless steel a total of 4 . Was delivered in four days, shopped around for a month and was not able to have all appliances at the same time. Price also much better.
