    Washer and Dryer

    delivery was excellent Great guys very efficient they picked up our old machines and cleaned up after themselves Our sales rep was also good and took his time explaining the product to us

    Happy with the delivery and installation services. Delivered today and used the appliance once. No problem so far. The delivery staff was polite and helpful. I would use their delivery service again if needed.

    New washer and dryer

    Removed the old washer and dryer and installed new ones. They had to navigate a narrow stairwell with less than a one inch clearance. Not a scratch. Fast, polite, professional.

    Washer and dryer

    We purchased a GE washer and dryer from Canadian appliance. Very good customer service in the show room and the delivery men were terrific we have a small home and it was very difficult to remove washer and dryer and get the new ones in but they did a great job with no complaint on a very hot day we will certainly come back to this store again

    LG washer Dryer

    Easy online purchase. We already new what we wanted and Canadian appliance source offered the best price with free delivery. Delivery was on time, fast and friendly, and very respectful of Covid protocols.

    Wine Fridge replacement

    Our wine fridge, purchased in Jan 2021, made loud noises, a technician decided a replacement is required. Although very painful to contact Frigidaire directly, at first to schedule the technician and later again to schedule the replacement, we are happy we have a new fridge that does not make this noise anymore. CAS unfortunately does not offer the service to take care of the manufacturer contacts, etc.

It is very unfortunate that CAS do not have certified technicians this is why we do offer a one year manufacturer warranty meaning if you have any issues with your appliance within the first year we do refer you back to them directly who will be able to assist you further with a service or replacement if needed.     Don’t believe CAS

    I ordered appliances which were stated to be available in 3-5 days. So far I received 3 of 5 pieces a month later, one damage during unloading and told I could get a new part shipped, then told to deal with Bosch on warranty, why is it bosch’s warranty when there delivery team tipped it over??? Now still waiting for the last two pieces 2 months later and their “expected delivery” dates just keep changing. Sales person is no longer and a new one was to be assigned 5 weeks ago. Honestly I am a patient person, but this has been a terrible experience with nothing I can believe and no response to email now…. I would not recommend to anyone to order on line with them, you maybe waiting in the dark for months! I think they get some good reviews because they ask for them immediately after order is taken… wait until your experience is done to give a review!!!

    Side by side Whirlpool Refrigerator

    Great product and great service. My 98 y/o uncles ancient fridge finally gave up the ghost on the hottest day of the year and we needed a new one pronto. This company was recommended by my sister in law, and they are great. Had a new fridge the next day and they took away old one!

    new fridge

    handled both old & new fridge very carefully. sales person was very helpful due to delivery being late. very helpful on phone. he cared about the delivery. he responded to my calls quickly

    Dishwasher

    Placed the order on Wednesday evening and the dishwasher was delivered Friday morning at 10.35. The delivery guys were amazing. I tracked the order and was expecting delivery between 10.35 and 11.05. Recommend their service.
