    Worst Customer Service Ever

    Screwed up install of washing machine/dryer. Not mounted on bases properly, unbalanced, makes noise and moves around, paid extra for install, they refuse to fix it. Have repeatedly called customer service (at least 10 times) and the sales person we bought from, always told we will get called back, so one ever calls back. This has been going on for almost 3 months. Worst customer service. If you buy anything from this company, don't expect any service.

    Awesome service!!

    Had an amazing experience! I knew what I was looking for. Asked so many questions and Najeem was very straight forward and honest! Love the service! Great prices! Fast delivery!

    Fast delivery

    I was greeted promptly when I entered store. Customer service knowledge about product was lacking. However, the delievery service was good. Friendly guys. I would still buy another product based upon courtesy of service

    washing machine

    The purchase was easy over the phone, they kept me informed as to where I stood with the delivery. They were on time and completed the installation quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

    Great sales support... not pushy and very helpful in the selection process. Excellent delivery and installation service... professional, efficient, very polite and careful and respectful of property...job well done. Thank you.

    Fridge and dishwasher purchase

    The purchasing process was easy. Natasha was very helpful with the explanation of different features and pricing that would meet our needs. Delivery was completed within 4 and exactly as agreed. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

    Stove and hood fan delivery and instructions

    This is my first time purchasing appliances from Canadian Appliance Source. Right from the start my experience was very positive. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, very personable, honest and helpful in guiding my decisions for the right fit, stylistically and practically in my home. The delivery team was prompt, very efficient, friendly and obviously love working with the public in the service they offer. I have another appliance on the way to be delivered. I am hopeful that the same two gentlemen who made the first delivery with such care and attention will be my delivery team again. I will definitely be recommending Canadian Appliance Source to friends.

    good price, good service, quick delivery

    purchased dishwasher and stove there. Nina is very nice and patient. Delivery is quick, just in 2 days. This is my second purchase there. I had purchased refrigerator, washing machine and dryer last time. Satisfied purchase too.

    New freezer

    This was such an easy process to discuss what was needed, order and have the new freezer delivered quickly. The only downside was that the store didn't have the freezer on display, so we weren't able to double-check the size before buying, but overall very happy with the experience.

    LG fridge and KitchenAid oven

    Amazing experience working with Hieu and the delivery team. Love my new LG counter depth fridge and KitchenAid induction stove. The recommendations by Hieu were excellent the service was quick and efficient and the delivery was great! Polite and professional all around. Thanks.
