    Washer/Dryer unit

    We were very happy with the delivery team, they arrived within the time slot we were provided and were very polite. From start to finish this purchase and delivery experience was very positive and we would not hesitate to recommend Canadian Appliance Source

    Maytag Washer

    Delivered the exact washer we wanted faster than any other store. We called around and CAS was the only store that promised delivery in two days. They did it right and on time.

    Kitchen Appliances

    We did a full home renovation, and researched our kitchen appliances quite a bit before deciding on models. We got the best pricing with CAS, and placed our order well ahead of when needed. Over the months, we were able to check the status of our items (due to covid, so many items are backordered and out of stock), and just as we needed to schedule delivery, the last item arrived. Delivery scheduled, tracked on the day of and everything has gone smoothly. In a few weeks, we'll move in and ensure everything works as expected!

    appliance

    The time to get the freezer was ridiculous because of supply chain issues with the manufacturer (Maytag) but CAS kept me updated on a regular basis as to when we could expect delivery. On delivery day, their app kept updating the time window (necessary because of road conditions. Much better to have a 30 minute delivery window instead of morning, afternoon or sometime during the day. The delivery crew were great, including masks without having to ask.

    washer and dryer

    Bernard was great helping us pick a washer and dryer replacement. Read the reviews to educate yourself on what is good and not as this is not something the sales people do for you. The delivery was scheduled between 8am-12pm. Got a call at 7am the day of the delivery saying it would be here in approximately an hour. They were on time and took approximately 10 minutes in and out. Great communication and service.

    Fridge

    Helped us find the right fridge for us. Hassle free. Was able to find it online then phoned store. Alex made this as easy as possible. Quick and professional delivery.

    Total satisfaction

    Very satisfied with the service from CAS. Looked on the website and choose the appliances I wanted. Called the store and they were so helpful to refine what I really needed. Paid on line and in less than 10 days my appliances arrived. The delivery people were fast and set the appliances right in the kitchen. They also made sure we were protected by social distancing. The total experience was great from start to finish. Would recommend the CAS to anyone.

    New refrigerator

    Difficult to shop for a major appliance during the pandemic but the website was thorough, the specs clear and the sales rep super friendly and knowledgeable when we got on the phone to order. Delivery was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

    Great service

    My washer broke and I needed a quick replacement. Chris was extremely helpful over the phone with suggestions and model options. The delivery came as promised they were professional and quick.

    Greatest Customer service

    I ordered my LG stove from Canadian Appliance Source exactly one month ago. In these trying times I expected to wait much longer. I was able to follow the process all the way through using the “manage my order” button.
