    Product Availability & Service

    I called a few places and CAS provided quick responses, pricing and availability. My sales rep., Nina, always returned my call quickly. I did not have to wait hours for a callback which is important for me. I also liked the detailed website as it also shows details, reviews and availability. This is important during these times when you can not see product in person. Delivery details were automated and they showed up within the window given.

    Flexible and Easy

    Order was right within the specified time frame with professional and careful delivery service. On the purchasing side, the sales associates were very helpful and very accommodating with all the minor changes I required before and after the order was finalized.

    Great service

    Very happy with my experience with Canadian Appliance Source. Delivery was fast and professional. I appreciate the ability to monitor my order online, as well as track the delivery itself. Very accurate.

    All Whirlpool Appliances

    I had a great personable salesman named Dave Horca. He had lots of patience with me, went through all the information and questions thoroughly with me. I never felt rushed and was very impressed with all the attention to detail. Anyone can feel comfortable with Dave with his experience and knowledge of products. I really appreciate all his help in getting everything to me as timely as possible during the pandemic.

    Good Prices Fast Delivery

    I had a very good service from sales rep Fredi Tasciyan and probably the best price in Montreal for my LG dryer. Delivery service was fast and efficient. The only issue I've had was with the automated telephone call for the delivery. The message in French is totally unintelligible but they also send an email with the date and time for the delivery so I got the correct info this way.

    New refrigerators

    I just purchased 2 refrigerators from Canadian appliance services. The service was amazing. They delivered ahead of the projected delivery date. The salesman Tom Tahmasebi was courteous, patient and clear in helping us choose the right appliances for us. The delivery gentlemen were most polite and friendly. I highly recommend using this company in the future

    No Support Once They Have Your Money

    I purchased a new washing set with the longest extended warranty. The dryer was dead on arrival. They refuse to exchange the unit even though it was never used. They are leaving me to deal with Samsung and a warranty claim. I will be at least 3 weeks without laundry. I'll have just paid full price for a refurbished unit that I had to wait 3 weeks or longer for.

    Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that your Samsung dryer has a functional issue. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced.     Home appliances

    Great communication right from the start. They delivered the oven the next day. Very sincere and helpful through the virtual shopping process. It is my first time buying from them and very glad I did.

    Haier Fridge and Samsung Confection range

    Absolutely amazing in store and telephone service. Can beat the delivery service. They delivered my stove in a week. The delivery man plugged it in for me. We looked over everything to make sure no damage. couldn’t be happier. My fridge is amazing.
