    Kitchen reno

    Ordered in November and finally got end of January due to production from company so next time may not look at a Samsung ...I have always gone back to CAS and have sent 2 friends and one bought dishwasher and fridge and also referred my sister who purchased a stove and fridge as she loved my fridge. If I didn’t like your company i would not have referred for sure. I need a dishwasher now to finish my Reno as i have had to buy one year at a time but getting there. We’re retired so takes longer.

    After service and product quality

    They asked me to change the review I wrote then they removed it Bad after service my product doesn’t work they are just giving a run around Don’t buy it here

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear you have been having issues with us regarding your appliance. We regret to hear that your appliance has a functional issue. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced. Kind regards CAS

    Samsung Refrigerator.

    Long wait but satisfied with product. The delivery was very good. Both driver and helper were courteous and very helpful. They were both very accommodating, polite and resourceful. I appreciated the service received. Thank you.

    Fridge and microwave purchase

    Fridge and stove purchased using website and phone call. Was able to get the products I wanted in the time I needed. Sales rep was very helpful and informative. Drluvery went smoothly

    Washing Machine

    Fast efficient delivery and good sales service! We ordered an Electrolux washing machine through the sales folks. She searched inventory and found us a machine that met our needs at a reasonable price. She promised us delivery and it arrived on time. The fellows took away the old machine and were very courteous and helpful.

    appliances

    Ordered a dryer and base and it got back ordered but came in a little ahead of schedule and the delivery people did an awesome job and we where quite pleased with their proffesionalism

    Great service, good prices

    I purchased the fridge by phone, it was backordered, but the discount that I had, it worth it to wait. Delivery on time, and no scratches . Nana was very good in communicating with me

    Washer and dryer

    Spoke to employee on the phone. Told him what I was looking for. He gave me some suggestions on brands etc., He also negotiated a discount. Delivery was prompt and the delivery men were very efficient. Would definitely purchase her again. Very satisfied customer.

    Laundry appliances

    Salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. Product information and user guides were quickly supplied. Delivery was courteous and on time. Removal of our old washer and drier was carefully done. The installation of our new appliances was professional and quick. Lovely people, all round
