    Products and delivery

    During pandemic I needed to replace my stove. I started with chat and received a call. Agent was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was smooth and on time. I received proper notification before delivery.

    Stacking washer dryer

    Prompt and efficient sales service, and quick and professional installers. Tricky entry into suite, and tight fit in utility closet, but they managed well. Too many repetitive emails about purchase, and arranging install.

    New Stove

    Ou stove officially died Christmas Day. The stove we bought checked off everything we wanted. Delivery was very smooth and professional. Would highly recommend and will purchase additional products in the future.

    Samsung convection oven

    Excellent service of removal of old applience and delivery of new. They were courteous and professional and went above and beyond as our stairwell was tight. They made the best if the situation and were friendly and empathetic. Totally recommend again to anyone.

    Fridge by Phone!

    COVID and the fridge decides it’s going to start to go. We needed a new fridge, but of course that meant a delivery. CAS had EVERYTHING covered. The delivery was on time, and they worked with a tricky door and entranceway. Nicely done.

    New fridge from CAS experience

    Shop around for a new fridge, CAS able to beat all advertising price and beyond. Quick sales service. Thumb up! The only reason I can't give them full mark because of disconnection of outsourcing delivery service. Called CAS sales multiple times and got different response ; and ends up none of them are accurate. The outsourcing delivery operates independently without update CAS precise delivery info. The delivery doesn't even call and only rely on an email notification the evening before the delivery date.

    Dishwasher, stove

    Delivery of both appliances was satisfactory. There were no problems. Removal of the old appliances was satisfactory as well. I ended up keeping the stove for a neighbour and the delivery guys were kind enough to put it in the garage. .kn..."b

    LG Dryer

    I called ahead to see what their protocol was, given the impacts of the virus. I spoke with a polite and knowledgeable salesperson. Their Whitby showroom was open, and I prefer to see and touch what I'm buying. I went there the next day and spoke with a different polite and knowledgeable salesperson. I was in and out within 35 minutes with a fair price, and delivery in 7 days .. which I was satisfied with given 2 of those days were stat holidays and 1 was a Sunday. I received notifications of shipping and arrival status so I never was left wondering. The product arrived when it was supposed to, and the 2 gentlemen that delivered the dryer were efficient and professional.

    I purchased a side by side fridge.

    Very good sales service at the store the delivery team was on time and very professional. However the customer service over the phone is horrible no one answer the phone when you call and they don't reply when you leave a message.

    Bar fridge

    Great service, salesmen and delivery was fantastic. Would definitely recommend CAS. No complaints on our end. we purchased all our appliances with them and we are very happy with our experience.
