    Purchase of multiple appliances

    Very good seamless experience. Dealt with Derek over the phone in less than 20 ins. No back and forth. Excellent sales person. Delivery and hook up went very well. Highly recommend. I have used them before

    Fridge

    This is the fourth time I have used Canadian Appliance for the three different places I have lived in the past 10 years. EVERY time their process are the best, their service is fantastic, their delivery guys are cheerful and helpful. I would never us any other company.

    Pretty satisfied

    I had to order a fridge by phone because I needed a size not usually seen in stores. I needed it quickly and it was delivered in less than two days (not next day as website advertises). My main issue is with the salesperson on the phone. He seemed to be in a great hurry and rather inconvenienced by my questions and order. Not a huge issue, but the experience could have been better. The fridge is resting (3-6 hours) to let the freon settle and I can only assume it will work. Delivery was smooth and careful. No issues there.

    A great company! A great experience!

    Knowing what I wanted I Purchased my Frigidaire refrigerator using the 1-888 number CAS made it so easy. They had lots of product in stock and delivery was scheduled right away! Warranty was also so easy and at a great price. The delivery experience was fantastic as well. Professional and quick! This is my 3rd appliance from CAS and I have 3 more to replace. These guys are my ‘go-to’. Shop around but you won’t be able to beat their prices. And if you do something cheaper they will make it right.

    Purchase and Delivery

    CAS had the best prices from the 6 stores I went to. Kelly was amazing and helped us with our needs and exactly what we were looking for with a Fridge, Dishwasher and Range. What also sold us was that they had everything in stock, when no other did. The delivery men were very professional, and kind. They amazed me with their skills to get the fridge in my house because it was to big and didn’t get a scratch or dent on it. We won’t be setting up for another month while our kitchen is being renovated. Hoping the products are just as great as our experience with purchase and delivery.

    Washer Dryer set

    New washer dryer set. Prompt delivery. Well organized Customer Service. Very knowledgeable abs helped to prioritize my needs. Have shopped here before and will again. Pricing is better versus big box stores.

    Great appliances at best prices

    Had a great experience from salesman Khalid who was very helpful to great delivery when needed. Very knowledgeable and good text email communication which I appreciated Highly recommend this company Bought all 4 appliances there. Different brands.

    Excellent Customer service. Patient, professional. Delivery gentlemen are top notch. They did not leave a mess and placed the appliances exactly where I wanted them and were careful not to cause any damage

    Full kitchen and laundry appliances

    Our service in the store was likely the best we’ve ever received. Since then the service has been a little disappointing but still better than any other store. Delivery was made as promised but we did ask not to unpack appliances yet driver and helper did. Or pay attention to this request. Otherwise everything has been good.

    delivery skill is good, keepno touch for the appliance surface

    Chris and JR seems well trained and move the refrigerator with care and no single touch of the door frame or wall, keep the refrigerator clean. good coordination and moving skill.
