    OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

    Great customer service from salesman. Aria was very helpful as I needed a freezer ASAP. Delivery men were phenomenal. Courteous, efficient and pleasant. Superb service during these very difficult times. Overall I am very pleased...OUTSTANDING.

    Whirlpool washer

    Loved it very happy service was excellent washer arrived far earlier than expected I would definitely recommend Canadian applicance resource to anyone looking to purchase a major appliance thank you for the service

    Appliances

    I bought 5 new appliances when doing a major renovation. I got great advice, and all the communication around delivery was excellent. The appliances were delivered on time and efficiently.

    New Dryer

    We purchased an LG dryer on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. We are very happy with this company and the delivery people were fast and very nice. CAS has competitive prices, good selection of products, knowledgeable staff! Thanks so much!

    CAS is reliable

    Got good deal on range model I wanted. Rande was delivered and installed on time in a courteous and friendly way. I would definitely use CAS next time I need an appliance

    Washer&Dryer

    Flawless experience from showroom to delivery. We were looking at replacing our washer&dryer, Vathsy of CAS skillfully guided us to options best suited for us. We agreed that delivery could wait till September since this model was back ordered. Throughout the wait time, we were regularly updated of progress. Once units were available we were contacted and delivery was scheduled and monitored. The team reached us within agreed time, they did a good job at removing previous units and installing the new ones promptly. Thank you !

    New Stove

    They told me the product was in stock. They promised a delivery date and it arrived exactly when they said. The price was competitive with all retailers at the discounted pricing.

    LG Fridge

    Very good place to buy your appliance comparable with the big box stores. I gave a four-star because there was confusion with my telephone number and the sales rep never reached out via email to fix that. I had to call head office and almost risked not receiving my fridge on time.

    Outstanding Service

    I needed a new washing machine and I called Canadian Appliance Source for advice. I was so impressed with the service I received. I explained my needs and within 20 minutes I was given enough information to make an informed decision. From this first phone call until and including delivery (which was 2 days) the service has been outstanding. I’m sure somewhere down the road I will need another appliance and this will definitely be my first stop.

    In-store experience is much better than online

    First bought a fridge online. It was a disastrous experience. Bad service, rude, unhelpful service. Then I went to a showroom in Toronto. It was the opposite experience. When I needed to replace my dishwasher, I didn't bother using the web site rather I called my salesman and worked a deal with him directly. Delivery was painless, there were in and out in 5 minutes taking my old disconnected dishwasher with them too.
