    Very happy with purchase

    Great service including delivery! Happy with everything! Very knowledgeable with appliances and are willing to share their experience. Not only did they deliver each appliance carefully in the rain, they also explained how to connect and use each appliance.

    LG double oven range and Elica range hiod

    Salesman Melvin was excellent. We went in knowing what range we wanted to buy and he answered all our questions honestly. He did not pressure us in any way. Picking up the range hood from their warehouse was also a good experience. The delivery of the range was very professional. The delivery people took great care to not even touch the door frame when getting the range in the house. We are very impressed with the whole CAS experience from start to end.

    Kitchen Appliances

    Appliances was scheduled and delivered as promised with the exception of 1 item. Delivery guys were real professional. Pricing cannot be beat from CAS, we shopped several stores and really no one came close.

    Amazing sales and service. Friendly and courteous delivery staff.

    First time buying from Canadian Appliance. Very satisfied overall. Fast delivery service even during Covid. I highly recommend based on my experience. The guys that delivered were professional and courteous.

    Awesome service both sales and delivery

    This is our second purchase from Canadian appliance source ....they have an amazing selection... the price was OK ....but the service was fantastic...Wayne is super nice and a very knowledgeable salesperson.

    Bosch dishwasher

    I needed to replace my dishwasher on an urgent basis. They didn’t have the model I wanted in stock but offered to upgrade to an in stock model at the same price. Really appreciated that.

    Buyer Beware, Do your homework before going there, they won't price match even if you show them what the competition is doing.

    Buyer Beware... Their price matching policy is a joke, they just won't do it. See the purchase and the reply when asked if they would match ... Make sure you do your homework before even looking at this place. Another Major Reseller had the same set (Same Part # and everything required for price matching as per their policy). They just refused to do it, not 20$ less, but 700$ Less! So Beware, and do your homework before buying anything there.

    A good variety of brand name products with reasonable prices. Knowledgeable and friendly sale representatives. Constantly keeping customer in touch while waiting for delivery. On time delivery with expertise movers who carefully handled the products.

    New Freezer!

    Freezer looks good and delivered within promised timeframe. Can’t really ask for anything more! Waiting to plug it in and get things going. Recommend this store for reasonable prices and good choice of appliances.

    Dishwasher

    CAS have a great website. They offer great customer service via the chat or the phone with minimum waiting time. They have competitive prices. I really appreciated the fast 3 days turn around for delivery once I made the purchase. Thank you
