I need to replace a faulty washer I purchased two years ago that never really worked right. Finally found a washer with great reviews. Always owned and used top load washers and was a bit sceptical about a front load washer. However after comparing the reviews and specs decided to buy as it was on sale and 4.8star customer review item. The problem that was very few and inbetween could be mitigated with warranty as most people did not come across it but if I did I wanted to know that I could call the manufacturer for help rather then looking to purchase a new model or calling a stand-alone repairman. all my other options saved but the Warranty called for assistance to add it to my order and Bill (new to the job, very attentive and knowledgeable) assisted me with my order and double checked that I was going to receive exactly what I was expecting. Explained to me the features available for me in regards to my order and the benefits. Ensuring that I was charged correctly! (Looking to save me money! ) and that my order would arrive in a reasonable timeline. CAS has an amazing staff! Very impressed. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

Have shopped here on several different occasions - always seem to have the best prices, and if you call the reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently dealt with Pawan (ext. 240) and he was very patient as I tried to make the best decision for a new washer / dryer and super helpful. I recommend checking here first before shopping elsewhere. If you call you might get a better deal than what you see online.
