    I went to Canadian Appliance Store Whitby and bought a complete ss kitchen package. Their pricing was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. Thanks to Dave for excellent work.

    Danby bar fridge

    I was looking on line for a bar fridge for the basement. I hit Canadian Appliance Source and ended up in chat session with Scott. He advised there may be additional discounts. He took my name and number and called immediately. We arrived at a fair price for the fridge and he made special arrangements to have it available for pickup on the day I requested. CAS was very professional. The purchase of the fridge was without incident.

    bought GE Profile dishwasher

    Very happy with excellent advise and service from Chantelle at the 65 Dufflaw Rd., Toronto, location. She was not pushy and provided options and advise and alternatives on the dishwasher.

    Washer & dryer purchase and installation

    Excellent service from Louis. Washer and dryer were purchased, delivered and installed within 4 days. The installation service was extremely efficient and was able to take into account the unusual configuration required to allow the steam function to be connected.

    Great service, best prices

    Daniel Perron helped us choose new appliances for our kitchen. We went with KitchenAid fridge, dishwasher and stove (all black stainless). We got great service and all the information we needed. Merci!

    Don’t buy anything from Canadian Appliance Source. They refused to return appliances that could not fit in my kitchen

    Don’t buy anything from Canadian Appliance Source. They refused to return appliances that could not fit in my kitchen even though they were still unopened in their boxes. Biggest mistake ever did.

    Package deal

    0 stars. Slippery salesmen (Muz). Don't rely on anything verbal. Don't just read your contract, check the serial numbers before you give them any money. Cheaper product substituted then "can't help you" the minute they have a deposit. Run, run, run. I will put my deposit at risk just not to have to deal with these tricksters. Customer care is a farse. Think of me CAS when you go bankrupt, and you will if you keep doing business like this.

    Thank you for your review. I am sorry for any miscommunication during the sales process. I did listen to all of the calls between yourself and the salesperson regarding your order. The reason there was a different model number of the fridge on your invoice than then one you were expecting is that during the initial few calls, when asked, you were not able to provide a specific model number but described the fridge you were looking for. As such, the salesperson added the model he believed you were asking to purchase. Not until you received the invoice for your order did you advise the salesperson that the fridge model was incorrect. At no time was the salesperson trying to sell you a cheaper product. There does seem to be some miscommunication regarding adding the correct fridge onto the order and the resultant changes to your invoice as the fridge is more expensive. Yes, the fridge is more expensive than the handwritten quote you provided from the other store, however, the overall quote from CAS for your three appliances was less than their overall price. Due to your concerns, we have agreed to cancel your order as requested and refund your deposit in full. Again my apologies for any inconvenience. Regards, CAS

    Gas Range

    We are very happy with the service received at CAS. The sales rep.Jermaine , is a pleasure to deal with, very patient and pleasant and helpful! Thanks Jermaine!The guys that delivered our range were very polite and they were professional and fast and clean, no damage of our property, the most polite and they thanked us a few times!We were very pleased!!Thanks guys!!

    Canadian appliance wonderful service

    Bought a dishwasher from Canadian appliance in Etobicoke great service from salesman Ryan .. Will definitely buy from them again and look up Ryan salesman if you want Honest services & a great deal..
