    new washer never worked

    Brand new washer (Maytag) was delivered and didn't work at all. CAS was very difficult to deal with and did nothing to help. Factory service came out and told me it had a bad motor. CAS refused to replace or exchange the washer. Had to wait for Maytag service to order in a motor. Multiple weeks with no laundry. CAS does sales but don' count on getting any after sales support.

Please note that, as the manufacturer holds the warranty for your washer, they are responsible for all functional issues. Their technician determines whether or not the unit is repairable or not.     Frigidaire Wall Oven purchased in Kitchener worst experience ever!!

    delivery time was twice as long as promised. Unpacked oven at home to find advertised convection feature was non-existent. Asked for them to come and pick up oven because of their mistake and they told me I would have to pay. Don't go near these guys. No service after sales. Left messages on their phone lines with no response. Will never enter one of their stores again!!

    Dryer -Amana YNED4655EW

    When looking for the dryer, I visited two stores with the promotion flyer but one offered a higher price than their flyer while the order failed to order the machine successfully. Thanks for Mr. David Dandar, his excellent service not only saves my time to search the dryer but also follow up the delivery schedule for me.

    APPLIANCE UPGRADE

    Amazing customer service

    Went in looking for what a new stove, since our quite that day. Sale staff are super knowledgeable and had several recommendations for us! Cannot day enough positive things about this company! I would definitely return and recommend friends and family!

    Range and Hood fan

    Great selection, price and service

    Needed a dishwasher for a rental property as soon as possible and received great help from Muz who was very knowledgeable and experienced about the products, pricing/offers, delivery and services available. CAS has the best website for finding appliance products and the investment in online retail gives me confidence that the company is professional and will be around for a long time.

    Joanne mailloux over charges

    Would have scored a 5 of5 if joannne mailloux had told me of an event that would have saved me $100+ If I’d have waited a day or two. Happy with the price I received for the refridgerator I ordered but when asked if I could get the additional discount I was given the run around.

    Kitchen Renovation

    James Hoy online was easy to work with, responded to my queries and overall, made shopping for my appliances so easy. He carefully answered questions, gave me a great quote - which I wanted. Prices were also much better than at other appliance stores.

    Refrigerator + Freezer

    We are appreciated with the professional service given by the saleman Richard Ku. Eventhough the freezer is on back order, we have faith that he will take care of it.
