    Excellent service and value for new appliances for our new home

    Gladwyn from CAS Mississauga helped us on our purchase for new appliances for our new home. He is very patient, respectful, he gave us a lot of time and answered all our questions and provided us with the best options and prices that were available. We are really satisfied with our purchase. We totally recommend CAS and Gladwyn. We will come back to him if we need appliances any time in the future.

    Best place to buy appliances

    I went to Home Depot, looking for a washer and dryer, I knew exactly what I wanted. Ask the lad at the desk for some assistance and she told me to wait as she was emailing a customer. (Really? This is your customer service?) Long story short, I drove 20 mins further to CAS, (I had purchased a stove top before and was pleased with their service.) Boy, was I glad I got snubbed by Home Depot, not only was I asked if I needed help when I arrived but I got the washer and dryer for 300.00 less per (yes, check the websites of CAS and Home Depot, its true!) Alex gave me a deal on delivery and the extended warranty. I was in and out in 30mins. Best shopping experience. I will be back to furnish our new rental unit in April 2019, with all new appliances (Fridge, stove, washer dryer etc..). I know for sure I will save lots of money but more important to me, is the customer service. I know I will be in good hands. (Unlike the big box stores, staff.)

    best value, best quality, best service

    Imran from CAS Mississauga shop is the best. We shopped at this location for all new appliances of our kitchen reno. Imran offered the best service to help us choosing what we need and offered the best price. He followed up the shipping to ensure our appliances were delivered on time. We will definitely call Imran again for our next appliance purchase.

    Terrible coordination for delivery

    In-store service was fine, but delivery coordination was terrible. I had to change my delivery date, but this was done while I was still in the store on the same day of purchase. Several emails and phone calls were required to resolve a delivery date, which ended up being over a week after the original date. They need better internal coordination.

    ATROCIOUS SERVICE, RIDICULOUS

    This company had the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I've got better service from the big box stores and I hate to admit that. They sold me a fridge that they said had a manufacturer's defect and it wouldn't look after fixing it. The customer service staff outright mislead me and were completely incompetent I would never recommend or use this store

    Dishwasher and cooktop

    Exceptional service from Giovanni, well informed and very helpful. However, little is to be said about the manager. Instead of waiting for him to finish his sale with us, he interrupted him to tell him that he was supposed to complete something. Once he told him that he just stepped out without apologizing for the interruption. We found it to be very unprofessional on his part.

    Kitchen renovation

    I've been at their location in Etobicoke. Ben Afsharian was very professional and helped me in a time manner to choose and order an appliance for my kitchen, good service good price!

    The perfect fridge

    When our old fridge died, we did a lot of research to determine which brands and features we did - and didn't - want, based on advice from our fridge repairman and from spending ages on the Consumer Reports website. Armed with a list of wants, we discovered that we couldn't find what we wanted, either online or in any of the large showrooms we visited—until we walked into Canadian Appliance Source. For the first time, a sales person (Mark Yakut) really listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us anything else. Instead, he showed us something very similar to what we wanted in his showroom and then checked his computer. As he'd thought, they had one by the same manufacturer with the EXACT features we wanted. It was in stock, in their warehouse, and we could have it delivered in 48 hours. This was the second great experience we'd had with Canadian Appliance Source. (The first time, their installers pointed out that our new dishwasher had a flaw and they sent a replacement in record time.) Our first experience wasn't a fluke. They really are good!

    Poor customer service / exchange policy

    Although we purchased appliances at a good price from CAS, they sold us a BBQ cover that would not fit the BBQ we purchased unless we put the side burner down every time we wanted to cover it! We were not told that this was the type of cover they were selling us when we made the purchase. Once delivered, we noticed the cover would not fit our brand new barbeque and contacted Customer Service ASAP asking for a simle exchange as it was unused. We were told we were not eligible for an exchange given we didn’t have all of the original packaging. So frustrating and totally unacceptable. Would not recommend CAS given the difficulties with their Customer service department.

    Dryer Purchase

    Good experience. They honored a just expired sale price without hesitation,the service was very courteous,Gladwin was a pleasure to deal with.Delivery was as promised as was removal of the old dryer
