    Washer and Dryer

    Exceptional service from Chris who knew the product range inside out. Don’t bother wasting time searching around for the best prices as CAS do that for you - to prove it they show you the other prices from other stores on the screen. Very happy customer!

    BS company, left without ventilation hood for more than a month

    Absolutely nightmare. We spent over $20K on a full set of Thermador high end appliance. But they shipped the wrong model for the ventilation mortar, which can not be installed in to the hood. The sales rep at CAS re-order it for me, and it turns out to be it's the wrong model again, which I figured out myself before it shipped and asked him to reorder again. Our return was initiated on June 21st, but still have absolute no UPDATE from bosch ever since. If I can read the installation manual and figure out what is the right model, why does it take 3 times for the sale rep to get it wrong and rely on me to figure out the right model. Someone is clearly not doing their job(reading manual?) right. If I buy anything from Amazon, it would have been arrived and return 10 times already within 30 days. Kudos to CAS. I would rather not deal with this horrible company (both CAS and Bosch) ever again than getting anything more from them. I think these people should take down their own ventilation hood for a month to see what it feels like for their customer.

    Zero customer service - just about closing a sale

    (July 25th 2018) This is basically a warehouse type of store, with ZERO customer service culture. My wife and I went to the store on a Sunday to purchase an over the range/stove microwave, as our old one was not working, and we thought it was time to change as well our 10 yrs old fridge. 1) The sales reps in the store are just looking to close a deal, not caring about understanding your needs or how to provide a comprehensive service. 2) The moment you pay, they just "throw you over the fence" to 3rd party delivery and installation companies. They do not even make the calls to book appointments for you; you have to, and it is a nightmare to get hold of these 3rd party companies (QuickContractors.com) 3) 3rd party delivery guys were so obnoxious despite my booking service elevator for them. 4) The sales rep we dealt with did not check if the fridge doors are reversible as I asked for, and paid for the service to reverse them. That proved a major problem. When received the fridge, we found out that it was not reversible, and I paid for removal of the old one, so we are 3 days with a fridge in the middle of summer. 5) I wasted a whole afternoon in calls and emails to get an exchange approved, and then again, they didn't book the delivery, I had to call the day after to do it. 6) The microwave requires installation and when I called the 3rd party (QuickContractors) they made me pay upfront, and the earliest they give was two weeks after delivery. I'm still calling between meetings at work to get an earlier date. Overall, go to Home Depot to get your appliances, forget about Canadian Appliance Source.

If I am correct about your order, I can see that you contacted us on July 24 at approximately 1:30pm and the decision to process the exchange for your replacement fridge was sent by email at 4:20pm that same day. In that email, we requested that you contact us to schedule a date for the exchange. With regard to the installation, unfortunately, we have no control over the speed in which Quick Contractors are able to perform your installation service. I also apologize for any issue you may have had to deal with regarding your delivery. FYI, Home Depot uses the same delivery company as CAS and they also use Quick Contractors for their installations.

    Chest Freezer Purchase

    Spoke to Michael Chapman on the telephone with regards to purchasing a chest style deep freezer. Micheal used his knowledge to help me make a purchase on a unit that fit my needs. The transaction over the phone went smooth. Thank You Micheal for your help on this purchase.

    Stand Freezer and Washing Machine

    I found CAS online while researching for a Standup Freezer . Ours was 20 years old and no longer defrosted. Oliver at the Whitby store was very helpful when what we ordered did not fit and he quickly emailed me with options so I was able to order another model that would fit my space. Two weeks later our Washer machine of only 8 years old died so I went to Oliver again hoping he would give me good deal as we were repeat customers. He went above my expectations in price was very knowledgeable an informed. He made the shopping experience actually enjoyable. We will definitely recommend our friends and family

    Good Sales Practice of A Salesman

    It was an excellent experience in shopping at CAS, in particular with Bruce Sum at the location of 8261 Woodbine Ave. Markham, Ontario. Mr.Sum is business knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He provided very good post-sales service by sending me a email that contained all the relevant information about the purchase I made and reminders of everything in case I had missed any actions I needed to take before the actual delivery of the appliances happened. I would say Bruce's performance has exceeded and gone beyond the good practice of a salesman.

    Kitchen Renovation

    My husband and I needed to purchase new appliances for our upcoming kitchen renovation. We went to CAS at the Heartland Centre in Mississauga to purchase these items. We had shopped there earlier in the year when we bought a washer and dryer. We found the sales rep to be very knowledgeable about the various product lines. Once again she helped us make our selection. She was extremely helpful and patient answering our questions and highlighting the features of each line. She also worked hard to get us a good deal. We came away feeling pleased with our selection and the price we were paying.

    Purchase of a washing machine

    On Saturday, July 7, 2018, my wife and I attended at the CAS showroom on Royalmount Avenue, in Town of Mount Royal, Quebec, to buy a new washing machines, since our 8=year-old model was leaving rust marks on white items (underwear, shirts, napkins, etc.). We met Geoffroy Hamel, who immediately understood our problem and directed us to appropriate new washers with stainless steel liners that prevent rust stain on clothing washed in them. When we mentioned having seen a Whirlpool model online, he immediately located such a machine, explained its features and its major price reduction and answered all our questions about delivery and connection. We then completed the purchase. We look forward to delivery of the machine, the removal of the old machine and the services of a contractor whom he recommended for installation, since the configuration of our washing machine connections to a water source is rather unusual, involving a Y-shaped hose attaching to an ancient stationary tub from the 19th century. We trust that all will go swimmingly with the execution of this contract. So far so good, thanks to the courtesy, expertise and dedication of Mr. Hamel. Please give him a raise and or a promotion. Please do NOT start sending us emails or other promotional materials. We value our privacy and receive too much email as it is. Robert Wilkins Westmount, Quebec

    Kitchen appliances

    CAS had competative prices and of all the souces checked were the only ones that had the fridge of choice in stock and able to deliver quickly. Ed Syzmanski/Sales was professional, personable, knew the products, provided helpful information, a treat to deal with! The delivery team were the "BEST". I had low expectations because expected them to do the bare minimum. They were on time, measured everything, showed respect for my home, obviously knew what they were doing ,especially O'Neil(unsure of spelling), were effective and efficient, with a smile and friendly manner.They were in and out quickly and left a very satisfied customer!
