This install was a difficult one. It's a narrow winding staircase to the location. The guys remained positive, happy and respectful through the entire job. They took their time removing all the parts that needed to come off, to navigate the staircase, and then rebuilt it in position. I dreaded this install, and the guys made it a positive experience.

STAY AWAY Horrible service. I spoke with a trusted salesperson and let them know I was looking to purchase a washer dryer, a new stove and a hood fan. He said he was knowledgable and he would help me and we went through our products. I also ordered delivery and installation which did not happen as it should the knowledgable salesman. His name was Armin, sent me a 30 inch hood fan when I had a 30 inch gas stove youre supposed to have a 36 inch hood fan . Apparently, you cannot return a hood fan or exchange it without paying restocking fees, so Customer gets stuck restocking fees because salesman does not know what hes doing. They are very nice when you making a sale but when they make a mistake, they quickly turn against the customer. This is not the kind of service anybody should receive after spending $8000.
