Denis approached me the moment I walked into the store and guided me in buying all my kitchen appliances. He was very knowledgeable on all the appliances/companies and patiently answered all my questions. He was able to help me stay within my budget and did not try to over sell. Quite commendable customer service. The store was clean, organized and easy to shop through. CAS definitely gave me the best bundle prices. it was overall a very pleseant experience. i hope when I'm ready to receive my appliances in a few weeks the delivery goes as smoothly as my shopping experience.

I went to buy a microwave and the sales rep said there would be a re-stocking fee of 25%. Not once did she mention that there would be the same fee if I was to cancel the order BEFORE going to pickup the microwave from the warehouse (completely different location than the store). I contacted the order cancellation department and was told that it is solely the customer's responsibility to read the entire invoice and not the sales staff's responsibility to tell customers about this horrible policy. I've lost $150 on an item I haven't even seen. This is the WORST company to deal with. Save your money.... buy your appliances somewhere else.

Went to CAS Whitby location with the intention of shopping and doing price comparison. Chantelle the customer service representative was knowledgeable about the product offering, and we ended up purchasing without additional shopping. Very pleasant experience.

Delivery system sucks in this company ...They cant help the customers convenient time. I even called to rebook it and they say its a random time delivery system. I called the agent who sold me and he says theres nothing he can do to help me.

I found CAS on line and liked their website and pricing. When I went to the Dufflaw location I was met by Denis who was great to deal with right from the start to delivery. I would use them again and will use Denis to purchase any appliances in the future.
