    Washing Machine Purchase and Delivery

    Haman was a great sales man and the delivery guys were very professional and accommodating.

    DO NOT stand by what they sell

    We purchased a Samsung over the range microwave on March 27th from CAS. I paid to have it installed. The installer said it was DOA, didn't heat and made a horrible grinding sound. CAS washed their hands of it and we had to deal with SAMSUNG. a technician came twice and confirmed it was DOA and should be replaced. CAS still won't replace it. they say it is under warranty from Samsung. Samsung says CAS instructed them to have it fixed. I bought a BRAND NEW microwave and want a new one to replace it. run around, no customer service, CAS says Samsung, Samsung says CAS. the installer and technicians have called CAS and Samsung indicating it needs to be replaced. still waiting after 4 weeks !!! DO NOT buy anything from CAS, they do NOT care about their customers at all.

    Washer/Dryer

    Good salesman. Delivery was a little delayed, but delivery guys good to deal with. The dryer had a dent in it, but are in negotiations for compensation.

    Terrible customer service

    I bought a set of Jennair appliances. The sales person told me the fridge panel did not come with handles. He told me that I had to buy the handles separately. I was surprised but agreed. When the panel arrived it had handles on it. I had been charged an extra 750$ for handles I did not need. When I tried to return the handles they gave me a hard time. Then they said they would make an exception and charge me a 25% restocking fee. What terrible customer service. I will never buy anything from Canadian appliances again.

    New fridge purchase and delivery.

    Purchase of fridge was easy, friendly and informed. Fast and friendly delivery. Careful with the fridge and our house. Zero problems. Lots of thumbs up.

    Service delivery men were excellent. Pleasant to deal with and courteous. They arranged for an installation refund as my plumber would be doing the work.

    NEW STOVE

    The price I paid was better than any other vendor offered for the same product. I was told when to expect delivery and the stove arrived on time. The gentlemen who brought the stove were friendly, polite and very professional. Delivery was completed within 10 minutes.

    appliance package

    We chose CAS as we had purchased appliances from them previously and service, delivery and the appliances were great. This time we moved to another Province and everything was great! The only challenge was being able to speak with the sales person on the phone. When the person had time they would respond to our questions via email from a voice message left, even though we had asked for the person to call us back. This was quite frustrating as it would have expedited answers to our questions. We sometimes would have to call and leave a message 2-3 times before they would respond via email.
