    Customer Service

    Bought a beverage fridge. Paid in full. When I went to pick it up, CA had it for $50 cheaper. I wasn't extended the sale price. They said I should've checked before I picked up. No return policy. Shocking. Will never go back.

    No Customer Service, No Accountability

    If you want your unit to work, and never risk something going wrong do not buy here The unit they delivered was damaged Customer service said it is not their job to ensure the unit they sell is in good working order They referred to a 3rd party who said warranty work is not a priority so they would get back to use- no response No response from Bosch

Please know that we only sell new appliances and as such do not have the ability to perform repairs or provide replacement parts. The first year you have the appliance it is under warranty from the manufacturer and as such, any issue with the appliance is their responsibility. Bosch will deal with your issue directly.     Terrible Service - BEWARE!!!!!!

    I bought a floor model fridge. There were 3 two of which 2 damaged. I made sure to list the model number of the undamaged model in order. The day of delivery they sent email delivery cancellation and said they LOST the fridge (YES they lost a 24CF fridge). I had to call 6 times and each time I was told I would have a call back in 1 hour - NEVER a call back. Then delivered a damage fridge (diff serial #) with 3 dens at 10:30 PM!!! - despite them saying it was perfect condition. They then said they would replace the door and sent a technician. After waiting a whole day for replacement the tech showed up without a door and said I now have to wait 3 months for a door ordered. The sales (Ray Ray ) and customer service will not return calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I would strongly advise against using this firm.

    Thank you for your review. We do apologize for the fact that we were not able to locate your original fridge. Please know that the fridge that we sent you was the exact same model and we believed that it was in better condition than your original floor model fridge. This was all communicated to you prior to the delivery. I agree that our communication could have been better throughout the day, however, we did coordinate having a separate delivery company deliver your fridge that same evening. Unfortunately, the manufacturer will have delays at times when ordering parts. One positive is that you will be able to use your new appliance while you wait for the replacement door to arrive. Our apologies again for the inconvenience.

    dishwasher

    I am very happy for the sales and service I received from Nick.My daughter had usedCAS and recomended to friends who also used CAS Thanks again for the good expert advise etc DW.

    Worst Experience Ever

    Purchased a Dryer and wanted to exchange it 2 days later for a gas dryer. They would not exchange it, even after I filled in all the appropriate forms and showed that it was still in perfect condition. I was even willing to pay a restocking fee of 25%. They made me go through a whole process just to be told all sales are final. Even though I was going to get another gas dryer. Horrible customer service, and I was a returning customer. This was the first time I had an issue to deal with. The worst experience ever!!!!!

    BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NONE !!!

    I can't even begin to describe how terrible this company is. They will offer you absolutely zero after care. I mean nothing. Not even a returned e-mail or phone call. Once you have paid for the appliance you are on your own. Let's start with pricing quotes that were not honored and I had to argue about until I finally received a slight discount but not the price I was quoted on the phone. I had done all of my own research so the salesman was simply the person who processed my credit card. So nothing to speak of there. Then came delivery. The delivery team complained the entire time during delivery and then just walked off without a word leaving my hastily assembled ( uneven French doors which I had to fix myself ) refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen for me to push back into its spot. To make matters worse and show a complete lack of care or concern, the delivery team not only left without saying a word, but also without replacing the front door they had removed back onto its hinges so I had extremely cold air wafting into my house and I had to wrestle the door back on by myself. I was of course upset by this treatment and I immediately called their "customer care" line. I explained my experience and the person on the other end simply said "is there anything else I can help you with ?" I asked for an apology from the drivers and was told that would not happen. So then I proceeded to call the store manager and the salesman and send them numerous emails. I received only one response from the salesman who realized that if I write a bad review it will impact sales for him. His response was that I should contact "customer care" but that he would also let them know and I would receive a response in the coming days. Never heard another thing. Avoid this company like the plague. I could have purchased the exact same appliance from Lowes for the same price but they were back ordered. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favour look elsewhere. This company is only interested in taking your money. Once they have it they will completely ignore you.

    Appliance Purchase

    We began our appliance search at one of the big box stores hoping to find what we needed at a fair and affordable price. We did find lots to choose from but in order to do our due dilligence we expanded our search to include specialty appliance retailers. Our expectations were that the selection would be smaller and prices would be higher. We went to Canadian Appliance Source in London Ontario and we were met with a clean, bright store well stocked with a wide range of makes and models and price ranges. After an initial greeting by one of the sales team we were left to browse for as long we wanted-no annoying salesperson following us around the store. When we did have questions we worked with a chap named Bill Melvin who is extremely knowledgeable about everything sold in the store and he was able to answer all of our questions and address all concerns from technical information, warranty, delivery, pricing and disposal of our existing appliances. Bill was patient and thorough and his main concern was our satisfaction. He helped us through the purchase of three major appliances and a microwave oven. He made suggestions about warranty and delivery options and his assistance left us with the feeling that we got a good deal on quality appliances and we walked out of the store completely confident that we made a great choice.     Dishwaser

    Delivery service is brutal. Ask for later delivery they give me 8 am. Left message they don't return calls. Also be very wary of there return policy..one of worst I have seen for high cost item.

    Dishwasher purchase

    Whitby CAS Scott gave me an incredible price on Bosch dishwasher - had one price then called back week later to purchase and with rebates he lowered price again! Thank you for an easy and pleasant experience as buying appliances is stressfull! M from Toronto

    WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Becareful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The Worst experience I have ever had with customer service. As long as they get the money and deal closed the dont care about their. I bought all my appliances and fridge I bought didn't fit . funny story I have ever seen they delivered fridge without box and when I asked for exchange they declined my request and they told me you use it and it should be in original box. I am really disappointed as I can not use the fridge and no one care about you.

It is unfortunate that your fridge does not fit, however, upon the completion of your order, we send you the specifications for all of the appliances you have purchased. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the units they have purchased will fit accordingly. Due to this, as well as the fact that the fridge has been installed, we would not accept the return.
