    Appliance purchases, refrigeratoe

    CAS gives false promises and has poor customer service. Customer service is horrible, lOng holds. Customer service will not do anything for you. They have your money in full before you leave the showroom. Buy your appliances elsewhere. There prices are no better than other retailers. Hopefully you will get better service. Don't believe delivery time quotes. They only deliver days Monday to Friday. You will have to take time off from work to get a delivery. You can add these lost wages directly to the cost of your apliance.

    Thank you for providing your review. Unfortunately, we do not maintain on hand stock of all appliances we sell. We have standard receiving cycles from our vendors and at times the manufacturer will be unable to provide the appliance to us in the time frame we expect and as such your product may be delayed. Our apologies for any delays while trying to contact us by phone. We are constantly working to improve hold times. As well, yes our delivery dates are Monday to Friday which is comparable to our competitors.

    Purchased top of the line appliances for three of my homes

    I purchased 2 new houses to be renovated, and was looking to upgrade my current appliances, in my custom built home. I was doing a bit of research on line to see what the benefit was from purchasing appliances from Home Depot versus a company who specializes specifically in appliances. I called the Canadian appliance store, the one in Stoney creek located on Mullen Rd, and I spoke to a very knowledgeable staff member named Natasha. She was able to explain the cost saving benefits, and that the benefits of the extended protection plans. I called and placed an order of a full kitchen appliances on a Tuesday, including a washing machine and dryer, and I was so impressed with Natasha, I called back on Friday to purchase a second kitchen from her. Less than a month later is when I placed a third kitchen appliance order. The delivery men are efficient, and strong, now because of Natasha's hard work in customizing my many kitchens to meet my needs, I will not be going anywhere else but to canadian appliances.

    washing machine

    Dealt with Bill Melvin @ London store 01/26/18-very pleasant & helpful, gave me an excellent price/beat all other deals - was very friendly,kind & (unlike other dealers that I had visited) was encouraging understanding & supportive of my "shopping around for best price"; kept me regularly updated re. delivery etc. Very pleasant experience & I will definitely continue to deal with/recommend Bill Melvin/CAS

    Worst Service and Delivery. Irresponsible staff

    I ordered a stove on Jan 8th, i was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks time. I contacted after 3 weeks and thats when they said its backordered. I am like - shouldnt you have told me that before? I waited 3 freaking weeks with alternate options for stove! I hate this company. Last year alone I spent about 7000$ in appliances with them. And if this is the review im giving then everyone can understand how frustating the experience is all this time!

    Washer/dryer, dishwasher purchase

    Checked models and prices on website first. Came to the store and Imran asked us if he could help. We already knew the product info from the website. Imran gave us the details on shipping and removal of the old appliances. We left to do some comparing. The day I wanted to purchase Imran was off, but I called him the day before and he said he would come in on his off day and close the deal...true to his word, he was there and we set everything up. Delivery was early and no issues...so far the appliances are working well! Thanks Imran!

    frig, stove and dishwasher

    We came to CAS for the prices but we will be back due to the outstanding service from Nstasha Mrkowick. The location is a little out of our way but the service was so good that we will be back. Thanks Anne & Tony

    How long does it take to order in product

    I placed a significant sized order back in the middle of October for 5 appliances and the required installation accessories and put down a 25% down payment. At the time, my estimated delivery requirements were mid to late January based on the timeline of my renovation. My sales contact (Adib) is away and I am being forced to deal with customer service. Now, on January 31, their (lack of) customer service team is telling me its back ordered and won't be before the first week of march before I see it. To top it off, I was told that I would need to pay the outstanding balance in order to get the order scheduled for delivery, which I did. Now they have my money and I have no appliances to install. You may get a good deal here, but deals are worthless if they can't deliver.

    Kitchen Reno

    Panasonic Microwave Over Range Microwave Oven

    I happily discovered CAS Whitby while searching online and their prices were very competitive. I was assisted by Al Janmohamed in the store who helped me to choose the right microwave for an over the stove gas stove, which needed a special rating to meet fire code. I wouldn't have known this otherwise. While I haven't received the item yet I am happy with the customer service I received thus far.

    Worst store

    I ordered a range on the 26th of December I got the delivery on the 16 th of January delivery guys opened the box on the truck to show it to us and found it was broken so they got it back with them I called customer service the range I chose is not available anymore so I asked to refund my money and till today I didn’t get it back and also they wanted to charge me the delivery charge and I had to argue that it’s not my fault you sent me a broken thing and after negotiating with them they agreed to refund the delivery charge and I’m still waiting for the refund.
