Sales person was knowledgeable and we were deciding between buying a cheaper unit or buying an upgraded unit and the sales person did not try to push us or influence us into a decision.

We went to buy all the required appliances for our new home and the service we received there was perfect as the sales person (Vivek) had a very good knowledge about the appliance specifications. All our queries were answered very well and he also made suggestions for some appliances that were economically fit for us and gave us a very good deal all over. So all in all it was excellent customer service experience .

Store didn't have the size of appliance we wanted, but the again, no one else did either. Our salesman Derrick was helpful in securing our order. Tracking the appliance from depot to store was nice. Stock person assisted in loading my unit for me. A pleasant experience without snags.

We are going to move to a brand new house in about 3 months, thought we would like to take advantage of the crazy deals on Black Friday. I didn't know if delivery can be postponed to my house closing date, just called CAS 1877 number, Carm answered, he was warm, professional, very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, and he was able to give me a great deal too. The purchase was done in less than 10 minutes, Carm send me the invoice and spec sheet. such a happy shopping experience. I highly recommend CAS.

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store by Brian. I have to say that the service was excellent! He showed us around the store, explained the various options that were available. I ended up buying the fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave that day. I'd absolutely go back and get the washer/dryer.

I really thankful Johnny Wang, the salesman who helped me find a good dryer. He asked me what I wanted , and sent the photo to me. After I made the decision, he helped me finish the order and sent me the email. It’s no doubt that was a wonderful experience.
