Buying a dishwasher was an easy, straight-forward experience. I arrived informed with the basics of what I was looked by for and why (e.g., decibel level under 50, no heater, steel interior, highly reliable). Salesman Carm was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. I felt he had my best interest at heart and that he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I'll definitely go back for the remaining appliances I require.

A great product selection! ANGELO MOUTOULAS had fantastic knowledge of the different manufacturers and what they had to offer to suit my needs and budget. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. My husband was also impressed.

Warning - this is one of the most unethical retailers I've dealt with in a long time. I bought 6 new appliances from them for my condo and one of the items (washer/dryer unit) didn't fit. It was brand new and not ever installed. So I followed the salesman's instructions and the website directions for the exchange process and sent in a request form. I was willing to pay the 25% restocking fee, order the new item from them, and pay for additional shipping. I received generic responses back from their Exchange dept saying Sorry All Sales Are Final. It was never was it disclosed to me that anything I was buying was final sale otherwise I would not have taken the chance. They were not clearance items and the salesman said that their policy is that 'the price is the price' and they assure the best price as a general practice. Their customer service was helpless, and after multiple attempts to correct this, I never got to reach a real human in their mysterious Exchange dept. Why do they even have a Exchange dept and process when they consider all transactions to be final? I will be incurring heavy losses and hassles from reselling the item myself, and I have ordered the replacement item from another retailer. I will never deal with this company again!!!

Jamie Malamud gets the credit for so many stars. He is very well documented and able to explain differences between brands. He took his time, never picked the phone on his desk to talk to somebody else. Remarquable these days. Manners are important at a certain age. I already mentioned his name and the store to some friends of mine.

We needed a condo sized clothes washer and worked with Carm in the Kitchener store to determine the best fit for our needs. Our options changed a couple of time but we did find the Electrolux product we wanted at a very good price with Carm's help. Carm was enthusiastic and attentive throughout our interaction.

We had an amazing experience with David from the Whitby location, he dedicated a lot of time and patience to show us around and compare the models and finishes. He helped us to fulfill all the necessary requirements for the appliances while our new kitchen is being manufactured. We purchased all the appliances for the kitchen and will be coming back for the washer and dryer, too. Excellent service.
