My spouse and I purchased 3 new kitchen appliances - fridge, stove & dishwasher -at Canadian Appliance Source Whitby, 2 weeks ago. I knew exactly what I did (& did not) want, having done extensive research prior to purchasing, both insofar as quality appliances & best place in which to purchase them. Brian H. took exceptional care of our requirements; I cannot recommend him highly-enough. His knowledge, patience & professionalism made this a seamless experience. Our fridge, stove & dishwasher are scheduled to be delivered (at, I may add, an excellent monetary rate!) in 10 days. If I am not back on to amend this review (& lower the Star rating), it means we are, from 'start to finish,' 100% satisfied with Canadian Appliance Source. Indeed, 5 stars! The range of products & brands, selection in showroom & personal service are excellent & their prices simply cannot be beat. Brian H. did not try to 'hard sell' us anything we did not require; we were both completely impressed with this retailer. It was our first time buying from C.A.S. & if all goes smoothly with delivery, it will not be our last. Further, we will happily encourage friends & family to shop at this gorgeous appliance store. I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher from Canadian Appliance on Oct 29, 2017 to replace my still functioning 10 year old Bosch DW. I purchased the extended 4 year warranty and delivery service. I was extremely happy with the product, the service and the delivery. I called to get a question answered and completed the sale with the salesman over the telephone. While looking for four (4) new appliances, I obviously went back to the same internet site. I noticed by DW had dropped in price by $195 in one day. Customer service informed me they could do nothing, "too bad". They can only change a price before delivery (i.e. on Nov 4th they wouldn't accommodate me for a product delivered on Nov 3rd). Totally dissatisfied. They are not getting my order for refrigerator, stove, washer and drier regardless of their price. I doubt if they will post this review. Must make it look like everyone is happy. I usually praise people and companies for good work. I seldom complain except when I see an policy or an employee that doesn't want to keep a customer happy.

After 20 years it was time for me to replace the major kitchen appliances before a disaster. I researched CAS on the web and was really unsure of what was available that would work in my customized open concept kitchen without major renovations. I found that when I told Dan Thorenton my requirements he immediately pointed me in the right direction for fridge, stove and dishwasher. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I left satisfied with his recommendations and was left time to make my final purchase decision without being pressured. It was a pleasure dealing with CAS.

Roger Malcom was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful to an elderly person with very limited ability on a computer. He also displayed a nice sense of humour which was a great helpful. Without him I doubt I would have been able to complete the transaction.

When I shopped for a refrigerator for my condo unit and was very specific I need the item ASAP due to the fact my tenant need a fridge replacement. The order was placed, the payment was processed, the delivery confirmed to be done within 7 days. Next day I checked my order status and learnt it has been back ordered for 30 days. Nobody informed me on the changes to my order, the sales person who promised me 7 days delivery was not replying to my calls, customer service was switching my calls to voicemail of the sales person, Just vicious circle. What I learnt is not to trust what you are promised when you are dealing with Canadian Appliance Source.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at CAS with very quick delivery. Derek Helmer was a great salesman, very patient & knowledgeable about the products. Derek was very helpful & accommodating answering all of my husbands questions & went out of his way to make sure we received the correct washer /dryer.

I dealt with Chris for the purchase of all appliances for my new home and my daughter’s new home. I went in with what I wanted and asked for his advise. He helped me pick appliances that suited my needs and was able to bring the cost down. I don’t need my appliances for a few months...so right now my experience was great.

When in store, Rishi, explained us, with a lot of professionalism the difference between different products, helping us through the full process of deciding and buying a washing machine which satisfies our needs. He has a lot of knowledge about the products in store and also about the different discounts and financing offers, offered by the company. His service was prompt and all the paperwork required were filled in a blink of an eye, showing respect for customer's time and making the buying experience a very good one. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Bruce from markham was excellent. He found us the best deal on our kitchen package. Saved us close to $500 on top of the sale price. Would recommend family and friends to him. The downside - their third party delivery service sucks - they manhandle your appliance that you paid thousands for, and didn't put where I wanted my old fridge to be. I'd rather pay extra to get my own movers to pick up my appliances. Imagine spending close to 8k on an extra wide gas stove and getting those delivery guys just toss and bang your brand new stove around. There goes your investment. Disappointed in the delivery in an otherwise flawless shopping experience.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Product arrived damaged so had to schedule another delivery which wasn't for another 5 days. I left messages and spoke to various customer service personnel and little to no consideration for my situation or the inconvenience. I am still waiting to hear from a manager (after leaving 3 messages) for a refund on incomplete job.
